The outside of the restaurant doesn't do justice to the experience inside, which is well-kept, renovated, and clean (including the bathrooms). The staff is welcoming and friendly. And then there's the food... The house appetizers are FANTASTIC, the first courses are inexplicable, and I barely managed to touch the tagliata (a sliced main course) because I was so full. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Wine, plenty of water, dessert, and coffee, €20 per person. It's been years since I've been so amazed by a meal at a restaurant. Congratulations, highly recommended, and I'll be back as soon as I can!

The ambiance is simple but just right... The focus is on really good, traditional cuisine... The lunch menu is recited... whatever the chef has prepared... very large portions and simply authentic... hmm And at the end, you'll be blown away by the price... I'd be happy to come back next time...

Tonight was my first time dining here. I've rarely had such a good and plentiful meal. My compliments, everything was excellent, fresh, and high-quality. I recommend it to everyone, but you have to make a reservation.

A little gem. Staff didn’t speak much English however overcame and delivered best Italian meal we have had in 10 days of travelling all over Italy. Seasoning on salad to garlic in main meals. Harty portions but you keep on eating to the end. Lucky local that are able to eat here on regular basis.

It is certainly an informal restaurant, but where you can eat well, at unbeatable prices, if there were places like this, the only small note is that it is better to leave the salad to the customer.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Ambiente confortevole, servizio impeccabile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Personale super gentile e sicompaticissimi, ti fanno sentire a tuo agio. Abbiamo mangiato fino a scoppiare e speso pochissimo. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio.

28/08/2025: A hotel and restaurant converted from an ancient convent is already unusual, but if you visit, you'll realize the owners are serious people who know how to do their job with passion and professionalism. We only went for dinner (but if that's the case, the rooms must be just as excellent). Very local appetizer: Galantine, Ascoli olives (the best I've ever tasted), Russian salad and giardiniera (pickled vegetables) grown in the restaurant. Grilled vegetables First course: Pappardelle with rabbit ragù. Extremely delicate, and the egg pasta is also homemade. Second course: Beef fillet in green pepper sauce. Crostone with fossa cheese and red onion jam! For dessert, Cantuccini biscuits and a glass of Vino Cotto. The final bill was very fair, especially considering the bottle of Rosso Conero Riserva AGONTANO. BRAVI. You're our new favorite restaurant in the Marche region. We'll definitely be back.
