I'm a doctor. I come to Siano periodically to visit a child. Last month, I stopped in for a bite to eat, and I would have settled for a simple tramezzino. Gaetano, the owner, even though it was past lunchtime, reopened the kitchen and served me a plate of candele with a sauce made with braciola di carne, followed by a delicious and exquisite braciola. I can honestly say that it was the best goat sauce I've ever had, made even more delicious by Gaetano's friendly kindness and helpfulness. Zen Cafe' is definitely worth the trip. I'll return every time I pass through Siano. I returned to Zen Cafe' after a month. The last time, Gaetano delighted us with candele with goat ragù, and I declared it the best dish I'd ever tasted. That was true until Gaetano introduced me to his famous dish of paccheri allo scarpariello, which literally blew my taste buds away. I can't wait to return and be greeted by Gaetano's friendly welcome, which I'm sure will surprise me again. Gaetano has hit the mark again. When I come to Siano every month for work, Zen Cafe has become a regular stop for me. This time, Gaetano prepared a pasta e patate in a tortiera (a kind of pie dish). What can I say? SUBLIME! I'm eagerly awaiting our next meeting. What will he prepare for us? It will certainly be a delicacy worthy of the previous ones.

After a business meeting, we decided to go to this restaurant for dinner. It was a perfect choice. Traditional local dishes, especially the goat chop, are excellent. The owner, Mr. Gaetano, is friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel truly at home in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
