16/11/2025: First experience at this trattoria Very nice, the renovation has improved since the "Le Betulle" management took over. Unfortunately, today's lunch was disappointing compared to expectations. The appetizer, mozzarella with truffles, was decent. The risotto with taleggio and pears was very good, although the quality of the rice wasn't excellent. The main courses were a bit disappointing. The cheek with herbs didn't thrill me, and the tagliata, soaked in the mushroom sauce, lost its flavor. In my opinion, the tagliata should be served separately, or the ideal meat would have been a fillet. I hope they can improve because the place deserves it and is also full of young people. Good luck.
