Very good pizza, friendly staff. One star less because it is impossible to make substitutions of ingredients, which are always counted as additions (removing two ingredients from a pizza and adding a basic one such as potatoes costs €2 more).

We took the Ferragosto pizza to go, very good with very good taste, highly recommended. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Stumbled upon this place since my Airbnb was right around the corner and I ended up going 4 times in my 3-day stay. The pizza is simply the best in town and the staff is super friendly. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.

Trattoria Vecchio Mercato

04/08/2024: Typical Bolognese restaurant. Excellent quality of dishes, both in terms of ingredients, cooking and portions, wonderful Petronian cutlet, very light crescentine. Very attentive to food intolerances, they have dishes on the menu already suited to various needs. Very very friendly and helpful waiters and staff. We will definitely be back 😊
30/07/2024: We went twice during our stay in Bologna, we tried the pasta and pizza, all spectacular and gluten-free. I recommend it without hesitation. Perfect food and service!!
