Great service. Even with a huge turnout for the celebrations today April 25 in the adjacent Schuster Park, they managed to ensure a fast, courteous service and excellent dishes. Really good, congratulations!!

Maybe it's Easter, maybe it's a beautiful day and Rome is empty, but finding a top-notch Trattoria in a central area like San Paolo has always seemed like a pipe dream. I can't tell you about other days, but at Easter everything here was delicious. From the artichoke alla Giudia to the fried flowers, the fettuccine with wild boar and the rigatoni with tail... everything done as mamma Roma commands. More than reasonable prices. The tiramisu is also excellent... what can I say? I'll take notes...

True Roman cuisine is a wonder of wonders. Pajata TOP, also tripe, artichokes alla giudia, cacio e pepe, gricia etc.....we tried almost everything, highly recommended!!!
And...it doesn't hurt...very abundant dishes, this is the only way to honor Roman cuisine.

It's always good here, we've been customers for a long time, never a disappointment. Eva the very kind waitress then today was my 84 year old mother's birthday and they pampered her. Gnocchi with ravioli, ricotta and spinach ravioli with special butter and sage. really good tripe. go and eat heartily!

Qué hallazgo absolutamente fantástico.
Después de haber visitado la Basílica de San Paulo vimos algunos restaurantes sobre la carretera y elegimos este ya que parecía ocupado y estaba lleno de lugareños. Imagino que era más el comercio a la hora de comer ya que aparte de la basílica (que debe generar muchos ingresos) la zona en sí parecía relativamente alejada y tranquila.
Los italianos tienen una manera fantástica y sin sentido sobre ellos y este lugar no era diferente. Nos sentaron, nos ofrecieron bebidas y nos dijeron de manera rotunda que la pasta es lo que hacían y la pasta es lo que íbamos a tener. Los platos de pasta eran increíbles, probablemente algunos de los mejores que he probado y no puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente. El precio era decente y el servicio rápido.
Con pasta por todas partes este ritmo realmente sobresale, solo confía en los lugareños.

Finalmente una cucina romana DOC io ho mangiato filetto di baccalà carciofi rigatoni alla paiata e trippa 🔝eravamo n gruppo numeroso e sono stati assaggiati più o meno tutti i primi piatti carbonara amatriciana cacio e pepe rigatoni con la cosa tutto veramente 🔝. Il tutto servito dal personale di sala accogliente, simpatico e disponibile. Gran bella esperienza da ripetere presto.
