The goodness and generosity of the dishes combines perfectly with the friendliness and professionalism of the service: it is THE Roman trattoria where you eat very well and spend the right amount. I've been going to the place for years and have never been disappointed: Zampagna is a certainty!! DAJE!! 😉

I have been to Trattoria Zampagna several times and have always found it very good. I especially recommend the first Romans, really excellent. The fried foods are also of a high standard, the only flaw is the cold cuts platter, which is not very abundant and not particularly varied. The tiramisu promoted and recommended!

Fiori di zucca fritti con alici,saltimbocca alla romana, cicoria ripassata e abbacchio al forno con patate davvero ottimi. Cameriere gentilissimo che ci ha consigliato i piatti da provare

Trattoria a San Paolo,pranzo al volo con pasta per tutti che era buonissima, sia amatriciana che carbonara, porzioni da 140 grammi, le bruschette cosi cosi ma era abbastanza tardi e quindi probabilmente riscaldate. Prezzi leggermente alti ma la qualità non manca!

29/12/2024: The costs are now too high. We must tell him that 8 years if not more have passed since the novelty of the Roman trapozzino. It is always tasty, but the quantity of the product and the price do not match. With 7 euros I can eat a plate of carbonara! Not at Ponte Molvio but in a trattoria in San Lorenzo.
29/12/2024: I ordered the trazzino, which originated in Rome, meatballs, beef, and stewed beef innards.The beef innards seemed to have liver, hormones, and beef tendons in them.It was delicious.The meatballs were also seasoned with parsley and were consistently delicious. Suppli is also good

11/01/2025: Location in a strategic position. Good food. Excellent value for money. Typical Roman. Excellent service. Not to be missed. I add three photos that leave no room for discussion.
10/01/2025: Super good value for money, delicious amatriciana and carbonara and very attentive service. It gets very crowded and it takes a while to sit down even if you have a reservation, but it makes up for the price, the food and the service. Generally abundant portions, especially the carbonara
