A fabulous, historic Roman trattoria. The staff is friendly, informal, yet polite. Authentic Roman cuisine, excellent, and plentiful. I highly recommend Romano de Roma.

I've been here at least a couple of times, and I had a great time this time too. Even though I hadn't booked, the guy found me a seat right away. I had a 🎃 flower, a half portion of carbonara, more than enough, and the involtini, really delicious, which I'd already had before.
Everything was delicious, the place also has outdoor seating for the nicer weather, and the guys were really kind.

After six days in Morocco, we were craving a good plate of Italian pasta upon our return, and Trattoria Zampagna exceeded all expectations! We ordered the rigatoni all'amatriciana and the tinnarelli alla gricia and carbonara: all excellent dishes, with generous portions and authentic flavors. The tiramisu to finish was the icing on the cake, truly exceptional. We couldn't have imagined a better return... simply perfect!

The place is definitely reminiscent of a trattoria. The cacio e pepe is excellent, as is the gricia... the staff isn't very helpful... but considering they were closing the next day for their well-deserved holidays, it's understandable.

My favorite trattoria. Authentic Roman cuisine in the dishes, the service (everyone was very friendly), and the atmosphere. You have to go several times because the entire menu is worth trying!

Fantastic trattoria! A friend and I ordered spaghetti cacio e pepe and a carbonara: we were blown away! An authentic Roman restaurant, with modest prices considering the location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. A special shout-out to the Albanian waiter!

Ottimo posto per la sua posizione tranquilla, locale sempre affollato, piatti abbondanti e ben nutrienti, ospitalità 9, piatti 9, locale 7 per via dell’aria giardino magari dedicando un po’ più di cura. Voto complessivo 8,5 comunque da ritornarci.

Questo locale ci ha conquistati, è la terza volta che ci torniamo, soli o in compagnia. L'atmosfera è 'caciarona' e conviviale, molto familiare. Alcuni piatti sono davvero buoni, tipo: trippa alla romana, carciofi fritti pastellati, polpette al sugo, pasta al radicchio e pancetta, abbacchio al forno con patate. Qualche dolce può essere migliorato. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Camerieri simpatici, gentili e molto efficienti, è un piacere lasciar loro la mancia, la meritano!
