Zammù In San vito lo capo

Food was decent. We ordered the fish couscous and it was nice. I ordered the pasta with pesto trapanese and the pasta was raw. The shape was busiata, I was on my trip in Italy for 2 months, and I’ve eaten this shape lots of times. It had all the markings of being undercooked, it sticks to your teeth, it is white in the center. When I called the waiter, they had the audacity of saying “in Italy the pasta is not too cooked”, or “busiata can’t be too cooked”. What is this nonsense? Pasta shapes don’t contribute to the feeling of being undercooked. I know what all dente is. I make my own fresh pasta. I asked them to try it, but they refused, and said we can only get you spaghetti instead and not busiata. I said I would like busiata, but they were like no. They were so proud and arrogant and mumbling Italian to themselves in discontent I didn’t feel heard. I tried explaining that I know pasta and I make pasta myself, and that the center is white, indicating it is raw. But no, just arrogance from the staff. Moreover, portion sizes for the price are just ridiculous. Is the food tasty, yeah. Is it worth it? I probably won’t go there again. I would really love them to see this review to actually use the feedback and do something with it.

Family and welcoming environment with typical local cuisine and some excellent influences from Roman cuisine!

Beautiful little restaurant in Castelluzzo with a lovely outdoor area where you can dine al fresco on summer evenings. Medium/high prices especially if accompanied by bottles of wine, but given the quality of the restaurants around, decidedly touristy, I willingly paid for dinner. I recommend the first courses and the cassata. Excellent selection of local wines.

Very nice place: we had dinner in the olive tree garden in front of the restaurant, a very suggestive and well decorated place. We ate fish, excellent quality but above all excellent cuisine and recipes. Compliments! The only downside is the service is a little slow and disorganised.

🌟 Discovered this cute restaurant on the way back from the beach and loved it! 🌊🍴 It's beautiful - sitting outside under the olive trees with fairy lights is just magical. 🌳✨ We enjoyed squid salad, stuffed calamari, pizza and dessert. 🍕🍤🍰 The food was delicious and prepared with a lot of love. 💕 5 stars, everything is great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Accoglienza eccellente, posizione bellissima, in mezzo agli uliveti. Cucina siciliana rivisitata dalla chef romana, donna di grande cultura e con tanta vita da raccontare. Piatti eccellenti, servizio ottimo… ogni piatto una storia. Consigliatissimo!

Advised Excellent fish dishes. Very courteous staff. Fried seafood (squid and prawns) done very, very well. The only flaw is a little expensive (20 euros) But it deserves it. The owner is a very kind person.

Very good restaurant with the option of dining on a terrace among olive trees. The treatment was very friendly and the food was clearly of quality. We went as a family from Barcelona and we all really liked it.

Rich and good pizza. The mint and lemon brandy is delicious

Il personale cortese è stato molto cortese e simpatico e la cucina era veramente buona (sia le pizze che le altre portate). Molto gustose le busiate al pesto alla trapanese e le fritture di pesce. Bella la location all'aperto, semplice e accogliente. Consigliato
