Yum Yum Unconventional Sushi In Ancona

Unfortunately tonight I find myself leaving a negative review despite considering YumYum one of the best takeaway sushi in all of Ancona. I am a loyal customer who always orders for home delivery, most of the time I order the 50 special with the Sunday promotion. Today the order arrived by 8.30pm (chosen time slot 8-8.30pm) but unfortunately it consisted of two boxes, one an exact copy of the pieces of the other (photo 1 - a salmon nigiri is missing in the photo because we had already started eating , but it was present in the box). I had received 40 pieces (20 pieces repeated 2 times) and not 50 with the right variety described by the promotion. I immediately call the place who admits the mistake and offers to send me the missing pieces, but I have to wait for the ryders to return and I am not specified the time of the new delivery. I accept a little disappointed and the missing pieces arrive at 9.30pm. However, the missing pieces, although in the right quantity (30 pieces), are not all of the flavors indicated in the promotion. Among all the pieces received, 4 Holo Fry Strawberry and 4 tuff in tempura wakame beetroot sauce are missing. However, I find 2 other flavors not included in the promotion (photo 2). I was deeply disappointed because with the promotion the customer cannot make changes (and I accept it even though I am allergic to dairy products and I can never eat the type included with cheddar) however the restaurant, beyond the first mistake, allowed itself to change the promotion without notifying me and at your pleasure. I'm sorry because I'm willing to pay for quality sushi but this evening it really wasn't worth it. I will reflect on whether to face subsequent orders.

Top quality sushi and super helpful and friendly staff

I placed an order since my sushi-loving girlfriend gave birth and was craving sushi. I must say that the quality amazed me, top food, and we also received a gift for our achievement. Very kind and professional, I highly recommend them.

We ordered takeaway for the first time....since it was Sunday we chose the box with 50 pieces at a promotional cost of €40, apart from the precise delivery and on time, the beautiful packaging, you can see the care and attention, a once I opened the boxes they looked like little gems... but in addition to looking beautiful, everything was also delicious, the best I found here in Ancona... I will definitely order from them again...
