29/07/2025: You could say home security, basically when you want the peace of mind of eating well, paying the right amount and being surrounded by lots of polite people, you can easily cook in the perfect place.
16/06/2025: This was the perfect meal that ended my short mini holiday in Cava dei tirreni . The whole experience was magical, the place is the kind of restaurant that does not need to scream in order to be heard; rather, it is so wonderfully consistent, the cuisine is so perfectly faultless, that you just sit there in disbelief, wondering how it is possible that every single dish is so unforgettable. We had the stuffed courgettes flowers, and they were served on a bed of a smooth cacio and pepe sauce ( a creamy concoction without the pepper ) that was silky, gorgeous, tasteful and classy at the same time. This was the beginning, and the expert host/head chef also brought the best parmigiana di melanzane I have ever had ! The kind of dish they not even your grandma was able to do it so well! Simply incredible ! The main course was candele spezzate with Genovese sauce, a typical dish that is really difficult to prepare, as it takes a long time, and a lot of care. This was pure perfection, again, one of the best Genovese I have ever tasted in my life( I am from Salerno and I know really well the hard work required to make such a masterpiece !). We ended with mini baba with homemade crema pasticciera ( calling it custard would be a crime, as it is way better than that !) a great ending to an amazing meal that I will remember for a very, very, very long time ! If in Campania, this place is a must ! Just go ! Enjoy !
