Best sushi restaurant in Valdarno. Great food with fast and very welcoming service We have been customers for 6 years and have always eaten very well. Very neat and clean restaurant. Everyone is very kind!

We were warmly welcomed in the restaurant, where we enjoyed excellent quality sushi. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the flavours were fresh and well balanced. The ordering process via the iPad went smoothly and clearly, partly thanks to the clear photos on the screen. It is written in Italian. Thanks to the photos, we knew exactly what to expect from each dish. The service was friendly and the pace at which the dishes were served was just right, we never had to wait long. We were able to enjoy the all you can eat concept for €25 per person. We highly recommend the restaurant to lovers of good sushi and a modern, relaxed dining experience. As far as we are concerned, they can come to the Netherlands to start a branch there 😄

13/04/2025: Really lovely noodles. I wouldn't necessarily call it ramen nor was your favorite Japenese uncle consulted for his recipe when it was made😅 nonetheless, VERY good and full of flavor. As if Chinese noodles married Vietnamese influence and produced this amazing dish. For starters, we had the edamame which was a pretty small portion for the price and the pork gyoza, which were handmade and freshly pan-fried accompanied with ponzu dipping sauce. The noodle soup had very succulent and flavorful pork accompanied with perfectly cooked noodles and a perfectly cooked ramen egg. The broth was rich and we asked for "medium" spice which was perfect to add the reminder that spice was there without it overwhelming the dish. Great place and would definitely come back :)
