02/01/2025: The Venus restaurant in Orta San Giulio is a true gem. We usually recommend it to all our guests who stop at our B&B Magichouse in Novara, and have Orta San Giulio among their next stops. On December 31st we had the opportunity to have dinner in the early evening. The risotto was creamy and tasty, prepared to perfection. The second course was equally delicious, with fresh ingredients and a truly perfect combination of flavours. The service was attentive and courteous. Highly recommended!

31/12/2024: I'm reviewing the bar service because I haven't tried the restaurant. I ordered a hot chocolate which was definitely too liquid (for a Piedmontese it's embarrassing...). They do not have separate accounts and do not serve a glass of water at the table but only the bottle. If it wasn't for the exceptional location it would be an average bar with nothing special.
