Trattoria or restaurant with an excellent location, along the Cassia. This is, I think, the real strong point and the reason why I gave it the third star.
For everything else: acceptable food but without anything exceptional, special or interesting as a link to the territory.
Traditional cuisine without particular attention to detail, good enough for a passing meal.
Fixed 80s style environment, elements a little old and shabby, starting from the physical menu.
Overall, I don't recommend it if you are passing through because it is convenient, but if you have the time and the means, I would look for something else.

Trattoria found by chance, pleasant dishes, perhaps a little tasty but good, unfortunately there was no wild boar😅. Kind and helpful waiters, restaurant atmosphere, we were accommodated in the most recent and less "traditional" area

I haven't had the chance to have lunch there yet but I hope to do so soon. For the moment, every time I go to Ronciglione or the area to visit some friends I stop for a cappuccino. The place is always spotless and the people are kind and helpful.

Returning from a walk out of town with our big dogs, we stopped in this "homemade" restaurant and it was a pleasant discovery. Everything was delicious, excellent and fast service even though the place was full...all the staff were uniquely kind and super nice!!!
