We've been coming to Merano and the Wunderbar for years! The service is always prompt and friendly. The drinks selection is excellent, and the wines and Prosecco are of the highest quality! A small but fine selection of dishes rounds out our stay! For those who want something more, a quick tip: The owner and his wife have opened a fine-dining restaurant right next door!

We slipped in here due to a storm and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed for a coffee and a pastry. Unfortunately, there was only a croissant and a muffin for the coffee, but no cake. It was a great location, though, and we'll definitely be back.

07/10/2025: With the complete reconstruction, this sensational vantage point finally offers adequate seating. There are plenty of tables and chairs on the ground floor inside and on the terrace in front. Plus, a fantastic rooftop terrace. The entire parking area is now completely paved. I think the prices are reasonable. I can understand the solution for the restroom from the operator's perspective. However, guests should be informed of this in advance. It's certainly annoying when you're holding a €1 voucher and have already paid the bill.
04/10/2025: We had one of the best cakes ever here, for €4.90. Absolutely a fair price.

04/09/2025: I was enjoying gelato at a gelato shop next door when I saw the pizza looked delicious, so I went in. The oven-warmed pizza was delicious, and I also ordered something similar to a Korean potato pancake, which was hash brown, and it was just right. There were only a few tables inside, but we were lucky enough to get a seat, and the waitress who greeted us was incredibly friendly. Even though it wasn't a large pizza, the waitress smiled and accepted our request for a slice! Thank you!
21/06/2025: Very good pizzas and also well-stuffed sandwiches. If you want to have a quick meal at a reasonable price and with kind service, the place is perfect. Before leaving the lady gave us each a glass of fruit salad. Very kind. 😋😊
