A recent discovery that I will continue to frequent regularly.
The pizza dough is truly light and easy to digest, and is offered in three versions: classic, whole wheat, and Venere rice, which can be paired with a truly impressive variety of options, with or without tomato sauce.
The ingredients used are top-quality.
The atmosphere is industrial archaeology-inspired, and the service is informal yet impeccable.

So, a nice and original place, amazing pinsa, friendly staff, and well-organized service. Two flaws for me: 1: the two-euro cover charge for a paper placemat is unbearable. 2: you have to add the €2-3 for the washing machine to the bill. When you leave, your clothes need to be washed. One more little tip: fix the bathroom door 😄

Exceptional pizza by the slice! Light dough, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, highly digestible and incredibly fragrant. A wide variety of flavors, from classic to more sophisticated combinations, all prepared with fresh, quality ingredients.
Quick service and friendly staff, always available to recommend the best combinations.
Excellent value and a casual yet elegant atmosphere.

I didn't have a great experience; the managers were borderline annoying (one of them was especially lazy, pacing between the tables with his hands in his pockets, yawning...). Only the dedication of the rest of the staff, as best they could, brought order. Bottom line: dinner for four lasted almost three hours, with chaos and cramped spaces to cram as many guests as possible. It left me with a headache. Pinsas were good, but nothing memorable.
