Airy environment, especially at height, original, fast service and pinsa with rustic dough, very light and tasty.

Particular place with refined and characteristic furnishings, very clean despite the particular choice. Good food at least for those who eat gluten, celiacs have a choice but the taste pays the price. Service ok.

We arrived at the restaurant because it was one of the only ones offering gluten-free pizzas and focaccias. Once the dishes arrived we were surprised by the goodness of the gluten-free dough... Being celiac and having eaten various gluten-free pizzas I can assure you that this is the best I have ever eaten. The staff proved to be very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Roberto. Furthermore, the restrooms were spotless and well looked after. Very recommended place we will definitely return.
