The restaurant is very beautiful, including the bar area where you can enjoy an aperitif in front of the fireplace while listening to live piano music—an increasingly rare thing to find. The service is excellent, a shout-out to Silverio for that. I recommend the polenta cappuccino with truffle, which is extraordinary.

A good contemporary restaurant with excellent ingredients and expertly prepared food. The dining room is very welcoming, and the service from both the front of house and the sommelier is superb, along with a very good wine list. In addition to the restaurant, the hotel it's located in boasts a spacious piano bar with a very good selection of drinks and cocktails. Without a doubt, a great choice for a pleasant evening in Canazei.
