Really enjoyed our visit here. The staff were super friendly and attentive, the food was tasty, the wine was lovely, and they also catered for vegans. Ernest, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Loved the chilled-out vibe, with good music, and the terrace seating. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal — We'd happily come back ☺️

We booked this place for the Spaghetti all'assassina, and it was a very different pasta which was fantastic. Having the word 'Fusion' in the title, I think my expectations were a little high. We had some sushi rolls and while they were nice, but weren't spectacular. We sat out the back which was very pleasant. The service was also fine.

We stopped in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Waiter Mark was very kind and efficient, and the salmon sushi and tuna sashimi were so delicious. The apulian orecchiette was also great. Would highly recommend if you want something a fresh and a bit different during your time in Ostuni!

A beautiful restaurant with a view of the illuminated city from above.
The service was attentive and refreshing (the waiters were friendly and attentive to our requests, except for one small oversight). The food was excellent, although we expected a mix of Apulian and Japanese dishes, rather than separate dishes (either all Japanese or all Apulian). We took advantage of the 30% discount with The Fork, so the bill was satisfactory.
Worth a visit.

Highly recommended. I went for dinner with my girlfriend and a couple of friends. We found it to be an elegant, upscale venue. The fusion menu was a delight for both me, who was looking for an Asian-style dinner, and the other diners who were looking for an Italian-style dinner. We thank the manager, Ernest, who, in addition to his friendliness and helpfulness, made our dinner even better. If you're in Ostuni and want a high-end dinner, I recommend this restaurant. I'll be back.
