Tuvimos una excelente comida en Tito Schipa esta noche. Por favor, tómese tiempo para visitarnos. Hermoso sushi fresco seguido de un maravilloso tempura, arroz tailandés y vieiras. Acompañado de delicioso rojo Apulian y para terminar la más deliciosa selección de pralinés - chocolate negro, café y coco. Comida realmente superlativa y tan razonable también con un gran servicio atento. Volveremos a Apulia en junio y haremos un beeline a la terraza al aire libre entonces.

Yesterday, September 23, 2024 we went to try this fusion sushi restaurant in the historic center of Ostuni. Wonderful experience, the soft and refined environment in its details, the impeccable staff and then the dishes, fusion but with grace and sweetness, never excessive in their fusion, which makes every bite a joy, first for the eyes, but especially for the palate. It will certainly be a beautiful memory and an unmissable experience for the future. If you come to Ostuni, you can't miss this place, you will regret it.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant, following the recommendation of the fork reviews. Excellent food and even better staff, friendly and qualified, the location very beautiful and hospitable.

Nice view and polite staff, but the food not so excellent. We had an appetizer with frize, a poke and spaghetti with clams, all of which lacked salt and the portions of the pasta were really small.

Tutto perfetto, a partire dall’accoglienza, dalla simpatia dei camerieri, al cibo che ci ha lasciati piacevolmente sorpresi. Tutto ottimo, in particolare gli scampi crudi. Abbiamo prenotato con The Fork quindi ci è spettato uno sconto, ma a prescindere da questo il prezzo ci è risultato più che onesto data la qualità e la quantità del cibo. Consiglio assolutamente a chiunque si trovi ad Ostuni

Impeccable customer attention, the excellent quality of the raw materials and a splendid terrace make this sushi fusion in the heart of Ostuni a very pleasant experience. Antonio, Monica and Alessia stand out for their kindness, welcoming customers with warmth and making them feel pampered. Despite a small inconvenience with the discount booked through The Fork, the staff did not hesitate to resolve it by applying it anyway. I highly recommend ending the meal with their artisanal desserts, simply delicious.

We had a poke each and fried calamari for two. Good poke, sufficient frying, a prosecco. Unbalanced price.
