It presents itself as a fusion restaurant but with some contradictions. The menu offers different variations of traditional sushi mixed with local ingredients but there is also room for typical dishes such as orecchiette. The idea, as they explained to us from the dining room, is based on the possibility of reinterpreting tradition with different techniques and ingredients. But we have to ask ourselves does Apulian cuisine need sushi to express itself? Some doubts remain given that the traditional dishes tasted off the menu (spaghetti with mussels and fried calamari) were good.

Very good restaurant, very friendly and accommodating staff, a very pleasant terrace. We recommend it, especially the vegetarian rolls.
