I never change hotels, they make me feel at home.

Excellent hotel, highly qualified, friendly, helpful staff. Exceptional services, top-notch spa, and the restaurant could be exceptional if there were labels for the products displayed at the buffet. Some flaws, in my opinion: Cell phone reception is poor inside the hotel; the Wi-Fi definitely needs improvement. The bathroom finishes aren't 4-star; I have photos if needed. The pillows could be improved; after a prompt response, they immediately took action to resolve the issue. Without these points, it would be truly TOP.

Excellent food and service, but it would have been better to offer diners a warmer and more comfortable environment given that we were right next to the STUBE but of course it was turned off and it was certainly not pleasant to eat with the sliding doors practically always open and as mentioned the STUBE turned off.

We come here every year; the rooms are simple but very clean. The food has always been good, both morning and evening. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The spa and sauna area is beautifully designed and a great place to relax after a busy day.

Our mountain vacation was simply wonderful! We spent 4 days (3 nights) at the Hotel Lupo Bianco, and both my husband and I fell in love with it: we returned home with full hearts and the desire to stay longer. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the young and very kind owner, who immediately made us feel at home. Shortly afterward, we also met her mother, the former owner, who told us the hotel's wonderful history, spanning over 60 years: a detail that makes this place even more special. The rooms are spotless, and the view of the mountains from our terrace was breathtaking. The food… spectacular! Every dish was so good it was a shame not to finish it. A huge thank you to the chefs with their golden hands. The dining room staff was also impeccable: everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special thanks goes to Ion, the waiter, who looked after us with truly rare kindness and warmth. During our first few days, he also gave us helpful tips about the area, making us feel even more at home. The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by nature and convenient for exploring on foot or by cable car. Every day we discovered new views and never tired of walking. We spent wonderful days, hiking and enjoying unforgettable, picture-perfect views. We will definitely return as soon as possible. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience, in a place that's more than just a hotel, but a true mountain home where you can feel part of a family.

After having stayed a night in a hotel in noisy downtown Canazei, we decided to go a bit up the hill and found this hotel. The warm welcome was the start of a great experience, and after the first night we decided to stay another one. The room was basic but spacy and had everything you need. We did not (unfortunately) make use of the pool nor massage option due to lack of time. The staff makes you feel very welcome, and the hospitality of (especially) Martin was super. A true host. Also we highly appreciated the kitchen. Their "salat-buffet" was more like a tapas-fiesta, with such a high variety of little things that one could easily fill the stomach just with that. After that the 3-course menu was served. Portions are not extremely large (compared to others in this region), but very tasty and just right in size. Especially considering the great salat-buffet. I was surprised reading a 'bad experience' in a review here regarding the kitchen. That cannot have been here. I stayed here with my cousin for a hike trip, but this hotel is definitely something to return to with my family for another hike-adventure, also because the cable car starts right a the hotel.
