We come here every year; the rooms are simple but very clean. The food has always been good, both morning and evening. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The spa and sauna area is beautifully designed and a great place to relax after a busy day.

Our mountain vacation was simply wonderful!
We spent 4 days (3 nights) at the Hotel Lupo Bianco, and both my husband and I fell in love with it: we returned home with full hearts and the desire to stay longer.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the young and very kind owner, who immediately made us feel at home. Shortly afterward, we also met her mother, the former owner, who told us the hotel's wonderful history, spanning over 60 years: a detail that makes this place even more special.
The rooms are spotless, and the view of the mountains from our terrace was breathtaking. The food… spectacular! Every dish was so good it was a shame not to finish it. A huge thank you to the chefs with their golden hands.
The dining room staff was also impeccable: everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special thanks goes to Ion, the waiter, who looked after us with truly rare kindness and warmth. During our first few days, he also gave us helpful tips about the area, making us feel even more at home.
The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by nature and convenient for exploring on foot or by cable car. Every day we discovered new views and never tired of walking.
We spent wonderful days, hiking and enjoying unforgettable, picture-perfect views.
We will definitely return as soon as possible. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience, in a place that's more than just a hotel, but a true mountain home where you can feel part of a family.

A little gem nestled in the heart of the Dolomites.
This hotel with spa and relaxation area is a must-see. It's strategically located, just steps away from two ski lifts: one leads to Col Rondella and the other to the Pordoi Pass, the Belvedere, and much more. It's possible to enjoy any type of walk or hike, from the most leisurely to the most challenging.
I always recommend appropriate clothing.
There are many activities available, including hiking, biking, and hang-gliding.
I recommend asking at reception; they can provide you with plenty of detailed information, including daily activities.
As soon as you enter, the warmth of the wood, the attention to detail, and the smiles of the owners and staff welcome you and make you feel welcomed.
There are both indoor and outdoor tables.
The traditional dishes are truly excellent; I was amazed by the abundance and variety of breakfast and the appetizer buffet in the evening.
It's truly so much to choose from, just look at the photos.
Kudos to all the staff, from the cleaning lady to the spa beautician, the bartender, and the waiter—all super courteous, kind, and always smiling.
The rooms and bathroom are excellent.
The wellness spa area features a pool with various hydromassage areas, three types of saunas, various showers, and relaxation areas, including waterbeds. Beauty treatments are available upon reservation.
You can bring your dog, with a designated area for them and an elevator.
Fair prices.
Ample outdoor parking.
I highly recommend it.

I didn't stay here, I just had a coffee, which was good. The guys at the bar were friendly and available to provide information on the chairlifts and local trails.

I'm reviewing the lunch since I didn't stay. The staff is very courteous and polite. The service is very fast and the dishes are very good. A first and second course. I'll definitely stop by if I pass by again.

Stopped for a coffee on the way to Passo Pordoi. My daughter was refused the toilet unless she bought something. With that kind of service attitude, you keep your coffee, and I'll keep my euros.

Beautiful hotel on the pass road from Canazei to the Sella and Pordoi Passes.
We received a very warm welcome and were able to check into our room at 8 a.m. The staff and hotel management are extremely friendly and accommodating.
The food was first-class and plentiful.
The hotel is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, or skiing in winter (the cable car is right outside the front door). The hotel's wellness offerings also deserve high praise.
The value for money actually deserves a 6-star rating.
Many thanks to the team for a fantastic vacation.
