Weisse Traube In Bolzano

We chose this restaurant while visiting downtown Bolzano because it's slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It could be described as a little oasis in the city center. Excellent food and generous portions. Very friendly staff, and a good location for those visiting the archaeological museum.

From start to finish, this dining experience was nothing short of magical. The truffle gnocchi was an absolute standout—pillowy soft, perfectly cooked, and coated in a rich, fragrant truffle sauce that struck the perfect balance of indulgence without being overwhelming. Each bite felt like pure comfort elevated to fine dining. The outdoor seating made everything even more special. It’s a truly romantic setting—soft lighting, thoughtfully arranged tables, and an ambiance that makes you want to linger long after the meal. It’s the kind of place that feels tailor-made for date nights or celebrating something meaningful. What tied it all together was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making the evening memorable. Every recommendation was spot-on, and little details were anticipated before we even had to ask. This restaurant is a rare gem where food, atmosphere, and service all shine equally. I’ll be dreaming of that truffle gnocchi until my next visit!

Amazing hidden places in the heart of the city. The dishes are really fine and tasteful. The team is really nice. Feels like a good secret restaurant to keep secret! 🤫

The food was delicious but a few things could have been changed

New management, very friendly, very nice and cool space. Good pizza. Highly recommended.

Wir machen schon seit Jahren Urlaub in Bozen und haben dieses Lokal eher zufällig entdeckt Wir suchten mal nach was anderem da bei den bekannten Speiselokalen der Preis immer höher und der Service immer schlechter wird Waren sehr überrascht Gutes Essen toller Service reelle Preise Pizza um die 10€ und wirklich lecker Fleischgerichte um die 18€ Schöner Garten etwas abseits vom Trubel Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da, haben immer Platz gefunden ohne vorher zu reservieren Kommen gerne wieder

Esperienza stupenda, oggi domenica 20 luglio, è assolutamente aperto, ospitale, staff e gestori gentilissimi, cibo ottimo, abbiamo assaggiato pizze, risotti , dolci, tutto meraviglioso. Lo consiglio vivamente, ambiente fresco, delizioso, all'aperto. Voto 10 e lode.
