24/02/2025: Highly recommended experience. Absolute respect for raw materials. Extreme valorisation of the underlying ingredients and exaltation of the same in the skilful combination of flavours. I looked for a flaw from the appetizer to the dessert, I couldn't find any. I'm just waiting for the chance to go back again. Thanks! ;)

23/02/2025: A very pleasant experience and above expectations for this restaurant in the center of Bolzano. Simple, minimalist and very elegant place. Creative dishes that do not forget taste and flavour, served impeccably, you rarely find a person like Matteo, who at just 25 years old is capable of guiding and surprising you. The restaurant is already ready to receive its first star. We chose the smaller tasting menu, starting at just over 100 euros, an excellent experience at an absolutely reasonable price. Must try.
