Veniamo spesso al Biang Biang quando siamo in zona Rovereto. Una vera e propria Gemma Nascosta! Menù pieno ma non così tanto da confonderti, ormai abbiamo provato ogni piatto e non c'è uno che non deluda. Locale che da fuori è quasi difficile da vedere, sopra un supermercato, ma una volta entranti pulitissimo, in pieno stile giapponese con cucina a vista. Il personale super accogliente e disponibile. Vale la pena allontanarsi quei 5minuti in macchina dal centro solo per provare. Consigliatissimo

I found the Ramen cooked by Biang Biang very similar to what I tasted in Japan, perhaps I would have preferred it a bit hotter. The waitress is nice and kind while the waiter doesn't seem to speak Italian too well and above all doesn't clear the table. In the end we found ourselves drinking coffee with the bowls of Ramen still on the table. The service of the dishes is a little slow and does not follow a precise timing. Very cold environment at the beginning, uncomfortable tables and outdoor spaces that don't really make a good impression. Overall recommended!

Appena fuori dal centro di Rovereto si trova questo ristorante che offre cucina varie tipologie di ramen. La scoperta è stata la possibilità di avere con alcuni adattamenti anche un ramen senza glutine. Consiglio però di prenotare uno o due giorni prima affinché il personale ( preparatissimo in materia) possa preparare molti ingredienti utili per il ramen anche in versione senza glutine.
Non consiglio invece gli spiedini, non ci hanno convinto molto.

Very nice place, many recipes including vegetable ones. Friendly staff but maybe a little long wait. The noodles are handmade so I understand the wait for food can be slightly long, but we also waited a long time to order and then receive drinks. Tasty ramen, right quantities.

An excellent Chinese restaurant, with some specialties that are not seen in other places.
Note of merit for the really tasty ravioli. The macha pudding on the other hand had a slightly too anonymous taste.
Fast and friendly service, with some inaccuracies. Adequate overall cost.

Oriental restaurant 🔝, here you will not find the usual Chinese restaurant dishes, but rather traditional dishes made on the spot. Tried both the Japanese and Chinese ramen. Absolutely worth trying. Possibility to also take away.

This restaurant is perfect for a Marconi student because it has a very clean environment, when it rains they let the kids eat at the restaurant even if they don't buy anything for a ramen restaurant you expect very little and I also confirm it is very good I hope they manage to open in other regions
