Fantastic place, you eat sooooo good, I've been going there 3/4 times a month for 6 months now. Super honest prices. Highly recommended. Very kind waiters 😉

Unique experience to be repeated... welcoming owner, impeccably clean place, organized with an elegant style. Excellent food, definitely worth trying again, the Ramen with its handmade noodles. Excellent quality meat.. we will definitely be back. Thanks again

Veniamo spesso al Biang Biang quando siamo in zona Rovereto. Una vera e propria Gemma Nascosta! Menù pieno ma non così tanto da confonderti, ormai abbiamo provato ogni piatto e non c'è uno che non deluda. Locale che da fuori è quasi difficile da vedere, sopra un supermercato, ma una volta entranti pulitissimo, in pieno stile giapponese con cucina a vista. Il personale super accogliente e disponibile. Vale la pena allontanarsi quei 5minuti in macchina dal centro solo per provare. Consigliatissimo

so then then guys, I have to tell you I have to say, the place is simply incredible apart from the beauty and seriousness of the fantastic staff the food guys the food, the best ramen of my life and the ravioli guys the ravioli of incredible quality and goodness also the location is spectacular, very Japanese themed rating 11/10🤯😍

Ottimo cibo, il ramen è preparato al momento dagli chef con cucina a vista. Tutto saporito e casereccio. Locale nuovo e gentile la signora che gestisce :)

I found the Ramen cooked by Biang Biang very similar to what I tasted in Japan, perhaps I would have preferred it a bit hotter. The waitress is nice and kind while the waiter doesn't seem to speak Italian too well and above all doesn't clear the table. In the end we found ourselves drinking coffee with the bowls of Ramen still on the table. The service of the dishes is a little slow and does not follow a precise timing. Very cold environment at the beginning, uncomfortable tables and outdoor spaces that don't really make a good impression. Overall recommended!
