Wasabi In Trieste

Given that I've been a customer for years, I must admit that they offer authentic Japanese cuisine. This is due to the simplicity of the dishes, the quality of the ingredients, and the correct rice cooking procedures. The fish is excellent and always fresh. A tip from a loyal customer is to add a few different types of maki. Highly recommended!

The sushi (寿司) and sashimi (刺身) were good quality. The service was perhaps the area that could be improved: a waitress poured beer on my table as she was about to clear away some dishes, and despite her "I'll bring you another right away," she simply replaced the soy sauce plate, poured the remaining beer into my glass, and did nothing else. The promised bottle of beer never arrived. I wouldn't have even asked for it, to be honest, but if you make a mistake and say something like that, you have to keep your word.

The last time we came here was two years ago, and it’s still just as good. The staff are welcoming and always smiling. The owner kindly prepared soy sauce with wasabi for us, explaining how to mix the right amount. We ordered 7 spiedini, the Royal menu, and mochi for dessert. In my opinion, the quality of salmon here is the best in Trieste, better than any other sushi place. The only downside was that the rice was a bit too soggy, and the soup lacked miso. Another nice touch is that each table has a USB cable and socket for charging phones. I definitely recommend this place!

The sushi is delicious and carefully packaged. The grilled ravioli and special rice are excellent. Ordering from the website is easy, delivery is within half an hour, and payment on delivery via POS is really convenient.

It's a nice hidden jewel, probably not as known as they would deserve. Food is great, and the ambient is beatiful; service is quick and nice. I'll surely return.

I've always ordered, everything is in order, and they even give you more than you need. The last time they were a little late... half an hour, no big deal, they gave me a discount and gave me a free Coke. They were kind, both in their gestures and on the calls, even if they were messed up, haha. If any parts of the order were missing, they came right back and brought extra drinks. Nothing to complain about, even if they can be messy, they always fix it!! Quality and professionalism!! No junk food, one of the best, if not the best!

Excellent!!! Top quality, everything always fresh. The best prices in town for the quality they offer. The service, both in the restaurant and at home, is impeccable. We've been customers for years and have never had a problem. Today, they forgot to put the dessert (1 mochi). They called immediately to apologize and sent a delivery man with the dessert and even an extra free beer. It arrived 3 minutes after the first delivery man, and I was speechless. A truly appreciated gesture. Highly recommended, especially for the quality, I want to emphasize that.
