If you have to make an average between food, location and environment, I would say that it is a more than good solution and I recommend it if you are in the centre. As for the food (which should improve) I appreciated: the small portions that allow you to try multiple courses, a decent variety and above all even by eating a lot and trying different dishes, my stomach didn't show any signs of discomfort. The place is modern with lighting that guarantees the right atmosphere. Really friendly and smiling staff. (dinner last Friday)

Ordino sempre da wasabi ma oggi ho dovuto buttare via tutto perché il salmone era vecchio e faceva un forte odore di ammoniaca. Ho provato a chiamarvi 5 volte per avvisarvi ma non c'è stato modo di comunicare. Mi dispiace molto lasciare questa recensione perché solitamente lavorate bene ma per favore state attenti alla freschezza, è importante.

11/02/2025: I have been to this authentic Japanese restaurant several times and have been positively impressed since the first one. Returning there with a friend who loves Japanese culture, who recently returned from a trip to the land of the Rising Sun, I learned that in Bologna it is very probably the most authentic Japanese restaurant. Reasonable prices for the quality and variety of food. Highly recommended.
08/02/2025: It's really delicious. My girlfriend and I both like it very much. I especially like the udon noodles, and she especially likes the oyaku don and cooked salmon rice balls. I think this is my favorite Asian restaurant in Bologna! ! ! The clerk's service attitude is also very friendly. Once, he made the wrong rice balls for us, so he gave them to us directly, and then made them again for us. When the weather was cold, they also sold hot tea for 0.5 euros a serving, which we thought was very nice and warm.
