I finally managed to go to a real Japanese restaurant in Turin: the atmosphere, the location, the owner/chef were truly authentic. The food was delicious: we tried several items from the tasting menu plus a few à la carte additions. The waitress was extremely kind, in true Japanese style. For one evening, we felt like we were back in Tokyo. Unfortunately, the price isn't for every day, but we'll definitely be back.

We had a great time. I liked the quality of the dishes; at times they reminded me of my trip to Japan.
The only thing I personally didn't understand was the revisited mochi, opened and deconstructed on the plate. Everything was excellent.

Intimate location, suitable for couples or up to four friends. No families. Delicious food as always (even though they've changed management), super attentive service (thanks to Eleonora's professionalism). Recommended for those who want authentic Japanese food (quality, not quantity).

Simply the best sushi in Turin.
From the intimate setting with the option of dining on the tatami mat, to the service—true Japanese people are super friendly and accommodating, kneeling in their traditional attire—to the food, an explosion of authentic tastes and flavors. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of sake.
We had the wasabi menu, featuring the freshest sashimi, meat dumplings you could throw on the floor, and a selection of nigiri, each one better than the last.
Superlative!!!

A welcoming, private, and quiet place, with excellent ingredients, carefully prepared and beautiful dishes, discreet and attentive staff, and everything very good. Reasonable prices, but in my opinion the wines are a bit pricey. A positive experience, I'll definitely return.

Japanese Restaurant Review: Too Many Expectations, What a Shame!
Too many rave reviews and too high expectations... a real shame. This place is incredibly famous here in Turin, considered one of the best Japanese restaurants in the city.
The atmosphere is truly charming; as soon as you enter, you immediately feel the Japanese atmosphere, aided by the tatami mats in one area. The menu is compact and easy to navigate, although the selection is perhaps a bit too extensive.
We tried a bit of everything, but we weren't entirely satisfied. The sushi was decent, but we expected more. The fish chirashi was good. The temaki were more problematic: seaweed was tough, thick, and stringy. The vegetable tempura was balanced, tasty, and well-fried. We, however, disliked the pork tonkatsu and okonomiyaki. The former had tough, stringy meat and was not particularly well-fried. The latter wasn't particularly good. The desserts? Okay, nothing exceptional.
Overall, the place is nice and the atmosphere is there, but we expected more from the food, especially given its reputation.

An excellent experience in every way. The atmosphere perfectly reflects the Japanese style: simple, refined, and welcoming. The food is simply delicious, prepared with great attention to quality and presentation. Each dish is a small masterpiece.
The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, helping make the evening even more enjoyable.
We will definitely be back!
