Hotel is good, but there are alot of theft and homeless in the area. I recommend you to be Very becareful when staying at this hotel.

I stayed for 3 days. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was surprised at how they handled over 50 people at reception late at night. The two young men were polite, kind, and quick. The rooms were large and spacious (we were in a double room). I'd add that they were very clean, cool, and quiet. The breakfast was varied and excellent (I recommend the cakes: very good).

The Warmthotel is truly excellent and highly recommended! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is incredibly delicious with plenty of choice. They offer a free shuttle service to take guests to Laurentina station, from where you can easily reach all the sights!

It's a hotel that meets all the requirements to receive a 4-star rating. It's a hotel where you only stay to sleep and maybe eat. We stayed there for three weeks and were very satisfied. The shuttle bus always took us to the metro and picked us up. They forgot about us twice, and they were late more often, but you learn to deal with it over time. Unfortunately, no one at the hotel speaks German; that's a false statement on the internet. If we'd known that beforehand, we would have booked a different hotel. Not everyone speaks English, including us. The laundry service is okay, a bit exorbitant in price, but everyone wants to earn money, and everyone can make their own decisions. We had a lovely vacation with a few hurdles, which were often funny.

The price-performance ratio for €48/night including breakfast was just about adequate. No-go: Despite warnings, the cleaning lady turned off the refrigerator with chilled medicine twice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was plentiful enough. Drink prices are too high. Food prices are also a bit too high. Breakfast and reception staff were helpful and quick. Free shuttle worked well.
