Touristenfalle… die Waldschenke kann nicht an den Glanz vergangener Tage anknüpfen. Auch Einheimischen empfehlen die Waldschenke nicht mehr! Spareribs schmecken nach gar nichts, Steak statt Medium zwei mal fast roh bekommen dazu noch hoffnungslos versalzen. Hühnchen und Haxe waren beide sehr trocken. Service für Südtiroler Verhältnisse unterirdisch.

A very nice restaurant! The service is as good as possible even when the house is full. The food (witch plate) was unfortunately poor. The knuckle, half the chicken and the ribs definitely died two or three more times on the grill.

Restaurant with lots of space and nice to sit down. Friendly service and plenty of choice for food. The food tasted good and was beautifully presented, but not all of it was prepared as desired. The main course didn't come at the same time either, so we all had to eat it individually. Would have been nice if this worked better. Maybe it will work next time.

It's not the first time I've been there but unfortunately this time the food was disappointing...increasingly higher prices and increasingly emptier dishes 😏

locale carino, ideale dove pranzare e cenare al fresco, abbiamo preso il risotto Waldschenk ovvero risotto, pomodorini, zucchine, 2 calici di vino bianco e il gelato con i lamponi caldi… tutto molto buono… unica pecca, nonostante il locale a pranzo fosse quasi vuoto per ricevere il cestino del pane ho dovuto richiederlo tre volte, mentre alcuni camerieri giravano a vuoto all’interno del locale!!!!

Hütte Ciampciôs

15/10/2024: Siamo tornati all' Utia Ciampcios per il terzo anno consecutivo, sempre nel mese di ottobre, quando i colori autunnali fanno risplendere il paesaggio mozzafiato del Parco Puez Odle. Il pranzo al rifugio è la giusta ricompensa dopo un'escursione lungo un percorso che regala scorci indimenticabili di queste montagne. Cucina casalinga con prodotti locali, spesso biologici, uova delle Leo "galline di alta quota" e il miglior Kaiserschmarrn delle Dolomiti. Servizio cordiale e tutto curato nei minimi particolari.
28/07/2024: Pranzo con amici di ritorno da escursione. Posto con vista incantevole. Addetti alla ristorazione molto cordiali. Piatti consumati buoni e abbondanti. Servizio celere nonostante ci fossero numerosi commensali. Sicuramente da consigliare.

14/07/2024: We had the pleasure of being guests in a restaurant with a splendid covered terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards. The menu offers traditional dishes, enriched by some creative reinterpretations. The risotto with sea bream was very delicate, while the saddle of veal was truly exceptional. The service was attentive and attentive, helping to make the overall experience very pleasant. An excellent choice in the Bolzano area.
08/07/2024: In Famiglia con un bambino nervoso dopo ore di viaggio abbiamo trovato un luogo accogliente e molto gradevole. Il bambino è stato subito messo a suo agio. Prodotti e qualità del cibo eccellente come il personale.
