It is the only restaurant where you can eat real Japanese cuisine in Pesaro. The restaurant has few seats and it is best to book in advance, but it feels like you are really there. The cover charge includes a taste of miso soup and another salmon dish, we then opted for the seasoned Sushi and the urumaki. Truly superior quality fish with real wasabi, not colored mustard. The girl who served us was nice and kind, perhaps not very knowledgeable on all the dishes but it must also be said that she was alone and that is understandable. Obviously, considering the high quality of the products, the price is not low. I highly recommend trying their cuisine, I will definitely go back.

If you are looking for real Japanese in Pesaro... this is the only real place. Each dish is prepared by real Japanese chefs. Few places... Very well looked after and the dishes are of excellent quality. The owners have run it for years and years and never disappoint. Thank you, it's always a wonderful experience.

A little piece of Japan in Pesaro! We have tried many sushi, but the traditional Wabi Sabi sushi is something unique. The atmosphere you breathe is oriental, as is the place, which is very nice and modest. If you go there you absolutely must try the Nigiri in their original version. Thanks to the staff, very kind and prepared. It was a treat.

Su consiglio di un collega che era andato a cena con un amico Jap, mi ero segnato di andarci. Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno della mia compagna che è un amante del Sushi: BINGO! Serata fantastica. Ottimo cibo (vera cucina giapponese) ed ottima accoglienza. Ambiente molto piccolo ma carino. Nulla a che vedere con gli AYCE . Qui la qualità è al primo posto. Ottima anche la scelta dei vini. Dessert molto interessanti, specialmente il tiramisù al The verde. Non polemizzo sulla spesa, è adeguata al prodotto. Bravissimi, ci torneremo. Ale & Kami

We are talking about the first sushi school in Italy. Just think that few people know this and despite this I advise you to book well in advance, especially on weekends.

12/05/2025: I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The food and seafood were very fresh and the service attitude of the staff was very good.
09/03/2025: I recommend 200% the food is always fresh, the dishes are an art from the chaf, the staff is always very kind, smiling, joking, you will find the atmosphere of the house, top!!!
