I managed to secure a table in this restaurant that I really wanted to try, being very small, a reservation is almost always necessary, the atmosphere is super quiet, the gentleman who prepares the sushi conveys a peace that only the Japanese have, he prepares everything with extreme calm and pay attention! Very good food nothing to say! Fresh and carefully selected fish, once seated they bring two very pleasant small welcome entrees, the service is normal, the girl at the tables is alone and lacks a bit of attention but plausible being alone, the times are a a little long but precisely because there is exceptional care in every single dish! We accompanied the dinner with an iced green tea perfect for a warm summer evening, the sashimi tasting is absolutely worth trying!

I haven't eaten this well in a long time. Forget the giant portions, the prices are high but it's better to spend 5 euros more per person and eat well rather than badly while saving something

It was my first time trying this Japanese restaurant. I've always heard everyone say that this is the most authentic one in the area and I finally had the opportunity to try it. As soon as we sit down they bring us the really delicious miso soup. We start the dinner with a tasting of sushi seasoned by the Chef with wasabi and soy already inside the nigiri. I think this is the best dish because you really feel the authenticity. Then we order 2 different types of uramaki, which are also very good. The last dish is salmon in teriyaki which I often eat in other Japanese restaurants and therefore I know well. This was a little too dry and I didn't like it that much. Really high price for the portions you eat. The quality is high but you risk leaving feeling a little peckish. It's definitely not a place everyone can understand. Service normal, I would have expected an explanation on the dishes served; I didn't really like the response I received to our request to find out more about a certain wine, saying that he couldn't give us any other details about it and that he didn't know that wine in detail. In short, I had other expectations also considering the cost of dinner.

Per me uno dei migliori ristoranti dove mangiare giapponese e sentire proprio l’amore e l’atmosfera per quel paese… Per me è una certezza, mi fido della loro cucina, il prezzo vale in pieno quello che mangi, a presto Wabi Sabi ❤️
