I was in a bit of a rush before work, so I grabbed a couple of things on the fly. Congratulations! Beautiful creations and excellent quality! The prices are moderately high, in line with the service offered.

Carola makes some of the best chocolates I have tasted in Italy (and I try to make an effort to visit as any chocolatiers as possible :)). The flavor combinations and balance of flavours are excellent. Her ganaches have a lovely texture and there is a very nice aftertaste that lingers from the chocolate. I would recommend visiting her atelier even if it means a detour, especially if you want proper chocolates made with real skill. It was certainly worth it for me. And Carola was very generous with her time, both kind and helpful.
