Excellent cuisine, very good dishes beautifully presented. Votavota did not disappoint. The wait staff were also excellent, as was the winemaker, who recommended perfect pairings. The price was fair for what we ate. The only small flaw was the location. The open kitchen is beautiful, but if you eat at a table near the window, you feel like you're in a display. However, this didn't ruin the wonderful evening we spent at Votavota.

A wonderful experience.
I ate here this summer with my family, and it's something I'd do again a thousand times over. The food was sublime, the service impeccable, and the ambiance was stunning, with attention to every detail.

An eight-course summer seafood tasting. Chef Causarano and Antonio Colombo did not disappoint. The staff was truly excellent, making us feel at ease, and the dinner flowed smoothly. The dishes were all delicious. We went for the wines, following the advice of the excellent sommelier, who was able to offer us some interesting tastings.
The price was reasonable for the service.
A well-deserved star.

What can I say? We were warmly welcomed by an exceptional team of young people. They guided us through this experience of supreme gastronomic mastery, with excellent quality dishes presented with meticulous attention to detail by the staff. All dishes were accompanied by excellent and refined wines. (Excellent sommelier.)

Alors, le cadre sur le bord de mer est en effet sympa, mais je reste sur ma faim sur l’expérience culinaire. Si on parle de restaurant étoilé, à un moment du repas je m’attends à un effet « Waouw », et je ne l’ai pas eu. Je n’ai pas trouvé d’identité dans la présentation des plats et les quantités sont limitées. Même pour le dessert où la tarte tatin aurait pu être plus généreuse. La cuisson est maîtrisée mais il m’a manqué quelque chose.
Et du coup j’ai trouvé en la note un peu salée.
Côté vins la carte tape fort, pas de demi-bouteilles et verre au vin qui démarre à 25€!
Bref, je suis passé à côté !

Fue una agradable sorpresa encontrarnos con un restaurante de estrella Michelin en esta ubicación y tuvimos una cena de lo más agradable. Elegimos el menú a la carta que ofrecía una selección creativa y novedosa de cursos. Además, nos ofrecieron una serie de diversión - bouche todos los cuales eran deliciosos. Una excelente gama de vinos sicilianos y añadas se ofrecen muchos por copa, lo que hace un cambio bienvenido! El servicio era amable y servicial, así que en general, una excelente opción de restaurante. Memorable.

Un bel locale, elegante, con ampio spazio tra i tavoli e bellissima vista sulla passeggiata e lungomare. Accogliente, con una bella atmosfera che si viene a creare con il personale (tutti cortesi e disponibili). Il percorso gastronomico è d’eccellenza: abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione di 6 deliziose portate: menzione d’onore agli spaghetti con le alici, un piatto che rimarrà nella memoria tra i migliori piatti degustati. Complimenti ai due chef!
