Overall, an excellent experience. Very friendly staff and truly delicious dishes. I would have given it even more stars, but the experience has two flaws. One dish we chose was an off-menu porcini mushroom dish...too much cream, perhaps. Perhaps it's a matter of taste, but it covered the porcini mushrooms. The main courses, however, were each more exquisite than the last. One negative aspect that I hope doesn't happen again: I walk in and let my wife in. A receptionist sees us and waits for us at the top of the stairs. I notice a couple who were about to come in, and obviously I don't close the door and leave it open. The woman comes in, then the man, the rude one on duty, goes up the stairs, and so does the woman, who had actually stopped right away. The receptionist greeted them and escorted them in. I hope it doesn't happen again; I wasn't there to let the customers in; we had been seen and greeted at the entrance, and in my opinion, she should have made the rude one on duty wait... especially since there will always be at least one. I refrained from complaining and calling myself a jerk; it's not in my nature. I would have appreciated either an apology or a simple "the gentlemen were here first" to the rude couple.

A very pleasant, contemporary space with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the boardwalk, beach, and sailboats drifting across the sea — an unforgettable setting. The atmosphere is modern yet relaxed, perfectly framing the creative cuisine. Every dish was beautifully presented, refined, and full of distinct character. Service was polished and attentive from start to finish. A truly dramatic restaurant that delivers on every level — superb food, exceptional staff, and a view that makes the entire experience feel special.

Excellent cuisine, very good dishes beautifully presented. Votavota did not disappoint. The wait staff were also excellent, as was the winemaker, who recommended perfect pairings. The price was fair for what we ate. The only small flaw was the location. The open kitchen is beautiful, but if you eat at a table near the window, you feel like you're in a display. However, this didn't ruin the wonderful evening we spent at Votavota.

A wonderful experience. I ate here this summer with my family, and it's something I'd do again a thousand times over. The food was sublime, the service impeccable, and the ambiance was stunning, with attention to every detail.

An eight-course summer seafood tasting. Chef Causarano and Antonio Colombo did not disappoint. The staff was truly excellent, making us feel at ease, and the dinner flowed smoothly. The dishes were all delicious. We went for the wines, following the advice of the excellent sommelier, who was able to offer us some interesting tastings. The price was reasonable for the service. A well-deserved star.

What can I say? We were warmly welcomed by an exceptional team of young people. They guided us through this experience of supreme gastronomic mastery, with excellent quality dishes presented with meticulous attention to detail by the staff. All dishes were accompanied by excellent and refined wines. (Excellent sommelier.) A beautiful location with meticulous attention to detail.

Zeer fijne ervaring met zeer lekker eten. We hebben de menu genomen en deze was zeer goed uitgewerkt.

Alors, le cadre sur le bord de mer est en effet sympa, mais je reste sur ma faim sur l’expérience culinaire. Si on parle de restaurant étoilé, à un moment du repas je m’attends à un effet « Waouw », et je ne l’ai pas eu. Je n’ai pas trouvé d’identité dans la présentation des plats et les quantités sont limitées. Même pour le dessert où la tarte tatin aurait pu être plus généreuse. La cuisson est maîtrisée mais il m’a manqué quelque chose. Et du coup j’ai trouvé en la note un peu salée. Côté vins la carte tape fort, pas de demi-bouteilles et verre au vin qui démarre à 25€! Bref, je suis passé à côté !
