My culinary experience began with a mixed starter, a symphony of flavors that awakened my taste buds. Among the various dishes, the one that impressed me the most was the Pecorino and the Porchetta. The porchetta was excellent and well flavoured, a true triumph of flavors that left a lasting impression. But the apotheosis of the evening was undoubtedly the Cacio e Pepe. I've tried several variations in the past, but this one tops them all. The strong flavor and creamy texture created a perfect harmony, making every bite an unforgettable culinary experience. And then, what about the pecorino wafer at the base? A finishing touch that added an extra layer of flavor and texture, elevating the dish to the next level. I couldn't resist stealing some crunchy chicory with garlic and oil from my friend's plate. A simple but delicious dish that added an extra touch of flavor to our dinner. In conclusion, Locale Voglia di Fraschetta offers an authentic and delicious culinary experience. It is a place where you can taste true Lazio cuisine, in a welcoming and genuine environment. On a special evening in Latina, my wife and I decided to have dinner at “Voglia Di Fraschetta e Non Solo”, a restaurant that promised an authentic culinary experience. The welcome was warm and the intimate and comfortable atmosphere immediately enveloped us. We began our gastronomic journey with the house appetizer, a well-assorted selection of cold cuts and cheeses that were able to whet the palate with their freshness and quality. The variety on offer was a perfect prelude to what was to follow. For the first course, I opted for an off-menu choice: orecchiette with ricotta, courgettes and asparagus. This dish proved to be a real treat, with the fresh pasta delicately embracing the sweet flavor of the asparagus and the creaminess of the ricotta. A balance of flavors that sincerely surprised me with its simplicity and perfection. My wife, however, chose spaghetti with cockles, a classic of seafood cuisine. Also in this case, the freshness of the ingredients played a key role, with the cockles bringing the authentic flavor of the sea to the table, well balanced by the al dente pasta. The service was impeccable throughout the evening, with attentive and discreet staff who were able to advise us without ever being intrusive. In conclusion, “Voglia Di Fraschetta e Non Solo” is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Latina and wants a culinary experience that celebrates local tradition with a touch of modernity. We went to this place for a quick lunch. We only took the first courses: excellent and cooked with genuine ingredients. They are equipped (grill and dedicated pans) and trained for gluten-free. Very courteous staff.

Arriving from Rome we stumbled upon it by chance... pleasant surprise! Nice place, efficient service and truly delicious food!! We returned the following week on purpose and the day always proved to be a joy for the palate! Excellent value for money! NB the bathroom is clean... a detail not to be underestimated!

Sono stato con un amico perché consigliato da mio fratello ed è stata veramente una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente e la proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente tornerò!

Nessuna sorpresa, e per essere una fraschetta non di alto livello è una nota di merito. In coppia abbiamo mangiato 2 antipasti della casa, discreta la qualità dei salumi, e due secondi di carne, devo dire che la grigliata mista era particolarmente buona, e le verdure, cicoria e broccoletti, cucinate con maestria. Con acqua ed un calice di vino ho speso 50 euro usufruendo del 20% di sconto avendo prenotato tramite the Fork. Non aspettatevi il locale chic ma è una fraschetta e quindi qualche pecca è facile trovarla. Ottimo anche il servizio. La prossima volta andrò a provare i primi piatti.
