Very delicious! We highly recommend the asparagus risotto and the Tyrolean Gröstel. The staff was also very knowledgeable about gluten-free diets and was able to recommend dishes. They even served gluten-free bread with the meal. The ambiance is beautiful.

The beer and the typical local cuisine are excellent: I recommend the Bavarian-style white sausages (Weisswurst) and obviously the incomparable Spätzle. Highly recommended.

A very particular environment, well furnished, structured on three floors with particular furnishings. The kind owners and the waiter on the first floor were very, very kind and unique in scoring the requested dishes in a quick and pleasant way. My favorite dish is sesame chicken breast and the top side dishes, good desserts and also the dumplings. In the center of Bolzano, a worthy restaurant.

It's always a pleasure to be a guest in this restaurant. We were there for dinner on 2 consecutive days because we were at the trade fair in Bolzano and, as always, we were not disappointed. Food great and service excellent. I'm already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your emphasis on good service and quality over the decades.
