A truly beautiful, historic, and impressive place located on several floors in the center of Bolzano. The menu is varied, with a predominance of local dishes made with excellent, high-quality ingredients. We'll be back!

We were very satisfied with our experience at this restaurant. The setting is intimate and comfortable; the service is really fast and the staff is helpful. The prices are in line with the quality offered. The dishes, tasty and true to tradition, are prepared with care and fresh ingredients. I recommend this place without hesitation to anyone who loves traditional cuisine in a welcoming and refined setting.

We made a reservation as a group. We received a warm welcome. The table was beautifully set, the food arrived quickly and was excellent.

It was exactly the kind of restaurant we were looking for for dinner, and I was lucky enough to find it. A fantastic restaurant with classic dishes; the best of German and Italian cuisine. The food is excellent, and the location and decor are great. The service is friendly, fast, and attentive. Moderate prices and excellent value for money, especially considering the location (center of Bolzano). It's well worth it to enjoy a pleasant meal in the city center and try traditional dishes. The beef goulash was delicious, and the meatballs with mashed potatoes were excellent. Special mention goes to the platter of typical appetizers, especially the steak tartare with the perfect touch of mustard. I'll definitely be back, and I'll try to recreate it at home. The restaurant is centrally located in a pedestrian area. It has an old-world charm, and the staff welcomes you with kindness. Service could use some improvement, as it's uneven between diners. Incidentally, some dishes arrived just after being ordered, which leaves one perplexed about the preparation. The food is generally good, with particular highlights being the beetroot risotto and the venison stew. The strudel was the best we had during our stay in Alto Adige. The bill was reasonable.
