We chose this restaurant based on its positive reviews, and it lived up to our expectations. Located in the center of Bolzano (unreachable by car due to the restricted traffic zone), it immediately struck us as soon as we entered: if you're lucky enough to dine on the upper floors, you'll see a truly charming setting. The staff was truly friendly, helpful, and professional. The dishes were traditional, tasty, and well-served.
A truly positive experience, far from the touristy spots and ideal for those looking for a traditional restaurant, which also allowed us to take a lovely stroll through the central streets!

Historic Bolzano house (I invite you to ask the waiters about the history of the house and its name, but I won't reveal anything)
Exquisite food, generous portions, excellent courtesy and helpfulness. I recommend it!

Lovely atmosphere, spread over three floors, it's really charming 😌
The service is great, and we had no complaints on the second floor. The only downside is that the restroom is on the ground floor, which wasn't a problem for us.
The bruschetta as a starter is highly recommended; the six small bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella were the highlight of the day 🤩
My colleague enjoyed the schnitzel, and I thought the daily special was quite good too, although there was a bit too much rice and the vegetables weren't anything groundbreaking.
The price is definitely something to consider and is relatively high 💸
However, it's definitely worth coming back and trying a different main course 🍽️

The bruschetta was delicious and a generous portion. For my main course, I had Wiener Schnitzel, which was very tasty but not the best I've ever had. The tables are quite close together, and it gets a bit noisy when it's full. Reservations are recommended.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant with a sensational wine list in the heart of Bolzano! We went there two evenings in a row because we enjoyed it so much!
