05/10/2024: Very nice resort, very satisfying full board and kind and friendly staff. The rooms are modest; in my opinion we should change and renew the accessories after a few years. The biggest flaw is the cleanliness of the room (I really think they don't use a vacuum cleaner, which would be necessary being a seaside resort) and after half a knock on the door the receptionist enters without waiting for permission.
08/08/2024: We spent a week from 28/07 to 04/08 with our family (2 adults, 2 children and a dog).
Already upon arrival we realize that we are not in front of the usual "village" but we are in front of a well-kept resort located in a suggestive area.
The welcome at the reception was immediately extraordinary: fruit juices, aperitifs, rustic dishes and desserts of all kinds.
Professionalism and friendliness... here is their presentation.
We were immediately given the opportunity to use the beach service (12pm) and the swimming pool, we arrived with lunch (agreed upon when booking) and were amazed by the service, the quality of the food and the accuracy with which each staff member takes care of details.
To go to the seaside we turn to Luigi from the shuttle service: a humanly surprising person, helpful and absolutely very nice... the children loved him right away.
We arrive at the seaside and I think it's not me who has to describe it in the review (simply wonderful), but I can certainly talk about the lido: we find the same friendliness at the reception at the Fontanelle lido... very clean, organized and absolutely tidy beach.
We spend the following 6 days managing to be amazed, day after day, more: well they managed to increase the level... always and anyway.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner absolutely deserving of the 4 stars
Non-intrusive animation, extremely respectful and present... adored by both us adults and children.
Finally, I would like to add some things and make some clarifications: I write this review with all the love possible and from the heart: when you spend your holidays in a place where you would return the following day watching your children cry because they are sorry to leave it... you achieved the maximum result and thanks go to the family who made all this possible;
Angelica takes care of the relationship with customers and is always present like her brother who you find him at the service, you find him in the kitchen and you suddenly find him starting another shuttle so we don't have to wait for Luigi's new trip...
Their mother... cappuccinos, cooking, room service...
A family that puts their face, work first... and all the passion that, with excellent results, they manage to transmit to all their collaborators who... seem like a single family... what to add?
