If it weren't for the toilets, which we can politely say are neglected, it would be much better.
At noon it is already full inside and out because the food is good and the prices are fair. You can choose dishes à la carte or the 13 euro menu. The first courses come in two sizes: normal or large, although I found all the dishes abundant.

Restaurant bar located near the Bolzano slaughterhouse where cattle are also auctioned off.
Location always crowded with people in the industry and workers. Kitchen that manages to serve unusual and very good dishes. A splendid parsley root soup for example. Too bad for the lack of attention to the meat. Given the location, much more space could be dedicated to it... and perhaps with more extreme aging.
Overall a good place to eat during the lunch break.

A large, free parking lot directly in front of the restaurant ensures a comfortable journey. The food is not only very tasty, but also varied, with large portions at fair prices. In addition, the staff is friendly and strives to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.
A small disadvantage is the high number of visitors - the restaurant is often very busy. This can mean that you have to share a large table with five or six strangers. Nevertheless, you can usually find a seat quickly, especially if you arrive a little before 12 p.m.
Overall, a recommendable restaurant with good food, friendly service and a practical parking situation - a worthwhile choice despite the high demand!

For the work lunch break it's perfect, fast, professional staff, you eat South Tyrolean cuisine and every now and then some different dishes, value for money among the best in Bolzano, during the week they make the work menu.

Tried it today for the first time.
Even though the restaurant was full, the waitresses prepared a table for us within a few minutes.
You can eat à la carte or from the menu of the day.
Excellent food and service.
