I would like to express my sincere thanks to Signora Lisa for her exceptional hospitality. The property's location is simply magnificent, just half an hour from Siena and the same distance from Arezzo. The place is enchanting, elegantly furnished with care and attention to detail. The rooms are splendid, with very comfortable beds, mattresses, and pillows, and the bathrooms are impeccable. Breakfast is served in a fairytale setting and offers a wide selection of flavors, including fresh juices, coffee, tea, sweet and savory pastries, croissants, and much more. Signora Lisa's kindness and helpfulness make every guest feel like part of the family. Thank you so much: our experience was truly wonderful. We can't wait to return!

I love returning to Vivenz because every time is a new experience. Excellent ingredients, delicately prepared. A unique experience worth trying again and again.

Just out here for work, I decided after 15 days to eat fish. The place is very beautiful and unique, seating about thirty people. The decor makes you feel at home, even if it doesn't look like a seafood restaurant. I started with the excellent raw fish, high-quality raw materials. The first course was homemade gnocchi in scampi broth with cacio e pepe... and I took a chance on the cacio e pepe, which I found fantastic. The second course was monkfish in porchetta with vegetable caponata, an excellent dish, and the contrast between the monkfish and the crispy pancetta it's wrapped in is delicious. Then came coffee made with a moka pot, which I really like. Everything was excellent, but the lady serving was very kind and explained each dish very professionally. I spent €100, well spent, perhaps the second course was a little expensive, but still, well done.

A restaurant like many others in the Valdarno. The blind tasting menu is very appealing, always based on the belief that "the food is always good." You can trust the dishes offered and the quality of the ingredients, which are always fresh and unique. Well done, well done. I always enjoy going there. Highly recommended.

A very interesting place in all respects: very nice, cozy, intimate 👍 exquisite dishes and beautiful presentation. The restaurant specializes in seafood/fish, mostly raw seafood. Everything is fresh 👌 At first we didn't understand and ordered shrimp for the child, they brought them raw, but after our request they kindly set them on fire 😍👍 Water and wine for drinks, no juices/lemonades. We really liked it here 👍😊

If you love raw food and the right place Vivenz is a starred chef compliments really from those who love to eat well and even with big eyes we will definitely return.
