The location is beautiful, characterized by beams and arches typical of 15th century Tuscan buildings and refined furnishings. A panoramic terrace that lets you see unforgettable sunsets and a background of excellent music are added value to the already splendid atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of dishes that can satisfy the tastes of every type of guest. Tasty typical Tuscan dishes reworked with care (while maintaining respect for tradition), are made with excellent quality local ingredients expertly used by Manuel, an extraordinary chef for his competence and imagination despite his young age. But in addition to Tuscan cuisine, guests can enjoy a delicious offering of fish dishes that you often can't find even in the best restaurants in seaside towns. Excellent surprise. The selection of desserts rigorously prepared by the kitchen staff is excellent. Manlio and Natalia, formidable hosts, welcomed us into the room with a brightness, competence and professionalism that are now more unique than rare. What can I say?
