Gorgeous dinner! It's been a long time since I enjoyed the flavor of fresh fish so distinctly! The appetizer of breaded and fried cod and apples (excellent combination!) and the second course of squid (I have never tasted such good squid!) are highly recommended!

Ottima scoperta vicino casa. Locale intimo ed accogliente. Se mangi bene te ne accorgi già dal profumo che avvolge la sala! Menu invitante oltre a numerosi fuori menù, che denotano propensione all’utilizzo di prodotti freschi! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Torneremo sicuramente! Menzione speciale per la zuppetta del pescatore, top!

Historic venue in the Albaro district. Very well prepared dishes with quality and freshness of the raw materials truly worthy of note. I recommend the fish dishes. Excellent choice of wines. Quiet and welcoming environment.

Exceptional food and very attentive service. The fish menu has a wide variety of choices. The only flaw is too much noise in the main room. Excellent value for money.

18/03/2025: The Du Coq restaurant was a real surprise. The venue is perfect for a special evening or a relaxing dinner, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The staff is trained, passionate and always ready to advise and satisfy every need. But the real strong point is undoubtedly the food. The oysters were the best I have ever tasted, very fresh and of excellent quality. The crudité, then, was an explosion of flavors, with very fresh fish and perfect combinations. For dessert I had the Tarte Tatin, the best ever!!! I highly recommend Du Coq to anyone who wants to enjoy a high-level gastronomic experience, full of taste and freshness.
30/12/2024: non ho ancora finito di mangiare ma la recensione devo scriverla per forza, perché merita troppo...tutto al top,cibo perfetto,vino buonissimo....il personale sorridente,gentilissimo e accogliente....appena avrò l occasione ci tornerò perché ristoranti così sono da frequentare spesso👑
