Bar and restaurant with excellent quality products

It is a point of reference for an aperitif and more... I go often and with pleasure, I find a quality service, perhaps the prices are a little higher than average...

As often happens to me, I was invited by friends to a place where I probably would never have gone on my own initiative: it's not close to home, I didn't know the area and it's not exactly a tourist destination. But my friends told me: "The children there are fine and they also eat a nice bite." So, on a Saturday evening, we went to Ristorante Vittoria — and I must say, I was really impressed. The place is very large, modern, elegant, but at the same time welcoming. The atmosphere was serene, the audience was quiet, and there was also a playroom for children: we left them there and practically never saw them again for the whole evening. The staff was friendly and helpful from the first to the last minute. We drank some well-made cocktails (the excellent Negroni, accompanied by quality appetizers: cured meats, cheeses, bruschetta). Many of us had meat — in my case a ribeye served on a lava stone plate to keep it warm, really tasty. Others opted for cod, which also passed with flying colors. The ending was sweet, literally: a wide choice of desserts at the counter, from stuffed croissants to classic pastries, up to desserts made by them. The bill? Perfectly in line, makes sense. In summary: an excellent discovery. I would happily stay here again.

Come spesso mi capita, sono stato invitato da amici in un posto dove probabilmente non sarei mai andato di mia iniziativa: non è vicino casa, non conoscevo la zona e non è esattamente una meta turistica. Però i miei amici mi avevano detto: “I bambini lì stanno bene e si mangia anche un bel boccone”. Così, di sabato sera, siamo andati al Ristorante Vittoria — e devo dire che sono rimasto davvero colpito. Il locale è molto ampio, moderno, elegante, ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. L’atmosfera era serena, il pubblico tranquillo, e c’era anche una sala giochi per bambini: li abbiamo lasciati lì e non li abbiamo praticamente più visti per tutta la serata. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile dal primo all’ultimo minuto. Abbiamo bevuto dei cocktail ben fatti (il Negroni eccellente, accompagnato da stuzzichini di qualità: salumi, formaggi, bruschette). Molti di noi hanno preso carne — nel mio caso una costata servita su piatto di pietra lavica per mantenerla calda, davvero saporita. Altri hanno optato per il baccalà, anche quello promosso a pieni voti. Il finale è stato dolce, letteralmente: un’ampia scelta di dessert al bancone, dai cornetti farciti alla pasticceria classica, fino a dolci realizzati da loro. Il conto? Perfettamente in linea, sensato. In sintesi: un’ottima scoperta. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Bella serata di San Valentino in questo Bar/Ristorante. Abbiamo cenato con il menù fisso da 40€ a persona. Le portate erano molto buone e abbondanti,addirittura con doppio primo. Diciamo senza infamia né lode. Molto buono l’antipasto e il risotto con gamberetti. Bella location e decorazione dei tavoli. Bacio perugina in omaggio. Ci ritorneremo per un drink.
