I've been frequenting Pasticceria Vitti for almost a year, and from day one, I've felt right at home. Beyond the quality and freshness of the products, what really makes the difference is the staff: kind, friendly, and always smiling. The owners, in particular, are delightful people, with whom it was natural to immediately establish a trusting relationship.
A welcoming place, where you always want to return. Highly recommended!

I'm a regular customer at Vitti Tir Vergata, and I've sadly noticed:
The price of the Spritz at the counter has increased, but above all, the staff is incompetent, irritated, and annoyed. I had to remind them four times about the mini appetizers included with the Spritz.
They were supposed to be hot, but not cold, and the savory croissant with tomato inside tasted sour.
I'm very sorry. The staff that was there this evening needs to be reconsidered, first and foremost. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Excellent breakfast products, friendly and quick service at the counter (at least in the morning). Cleanliness could be improved (too much paper and crumbs on the floor, even early in the morning).

5 stars for the quality, excellent in every way, 1 star for the rudeness of the clean-shaven bartender who serves in the morning, he leaves you waiting at the counter and serves people who come later, if you point it out he responds annoyed, he has no courtesy or attention to the customer, it almost seems like he's doing you a favor by serving you and so unfortunately you put off coming because you also feel superfluous and uncomfortable. It's a shame because the quality is excellent and so is the courtesy of the owners. The bartender with the black hair, on the other hand, is very kind and friendly.

Excellent ice cream shop. I was served by a blonde girl I'd never met before, who wasn't very polite. If it weren't for this, I would have given it 5 stars because the rest of the staff at the counter are always excellent.
