A beautiful discovery in the center of Crema.
We had already heard a lot about chef Michele Minchillo but we had not yet had the opportunity to try his cuisine.
Excellent dinner, discovery of new flavors and very particular and completely spot-on combinations, very careful plating and noteworthy crockery.
Super easy, refined and chic location.
The only "sore" note (even if it is not the most appropriate term) is the service, which is not in line with the cuisine. The girls on the staff were all very kind but a little "immature" for being in a starred restaurant.
Even at the time of the bill we were "liquidated" with an "everything was fine with dinner"?! When my husband answered "yes" they placed the bill in front of him and that was it.
We would also have appreciated a greeting to the chef who usually leaves the kitchen at the end of the evening.

Excellent experience, great hand of the chef who allows you to take a journey with great combinations between innovation and his southern tradition.
The wine proposals alongside the tasting menu I tried were also excellent.
The selection is combined with the various courses by the young sommelier, kind and available to accompany you on this sensorial journey that is Vitium. Well done.

Intimate and welcoming venue, food and service with starred restaurant standards.
We tried the 5-course tasting menu (chosen by the chef) which for €60 is more than honest.
The pebble of Salva Cremasco, black rice and compote onion, the sphere of liquid amatriciana, the octopus with bbq sauce and daikon and the chestnut ravioli were highly appreciated.
The Pierre Baillette suggested by the sommelier was also appreciated.

Siamo stati con mia moglie e mia figlia di 4 anni per il pranzo domenicale e abbiamo provato il menù degustazione da 5 portate. Io ho aggiunta la Caciopepe con Lime e gambero viola gallipolino, un tripudio di sapori.
L’atmosfera è moderna ma al tempo stesso accogliente, il ristorante è sito in un palazzo storico rimodernato.
Il piatti sono presentati molto bene, piacevoli alla vista e al gusto con materie prime selezionate e di altissima qualità.
Il servizio è professionale e da ristorante stellato.
Il menù scelto è strutturato ma facile da capire con accostamenti di sapori molto interessanti.
Esiste un menù più “strutturato” che esalta le doti dello chef.
Ristorante da provare e conoscere assolutamente.
