AMAZING PORCHETTA Having arrived from the Montefiascone-Viterbo stop on the Via Francigena, I was hungry and craving a well-made porchetta sandwich. Wandering around the center, I stumbled upon this grocery store that seemed just the thing. My instincts were right. I ate a sandwich first and then had a second because it was so good. The owner knows how to recommend the best. The combination of porchetta and sautéed chicory is sublime. The owner was also kind enough to hold my backpack for a few hours. I even bought the pork chops to take home as a souvenir! RECOMMENDED! Reasonably priced.

I stumbled upon this island of flavors by chance, looking for a quick meal to conclude today's stage. I highly recommend it, treat it, and "pamper" it like the most regular customer. Top-quality products, kindness, and availability in large quantities. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stop on our day trip to Viterbo. We had a sandwich with delicious prosciutto and one with equally delicious porchetta! I also tried their dried fruit tart and regretted only having one slice! Delicious!!

Se cercate un angolo autentico di sapori, Prodotti Tipici Viterbesi è il posto giusto! Lo store offre una selezione eccellente di specialità locali, dai salumi ai formaggi, fino a conserve e vini del territorio. In più, preparano panini freschi al momento, ricchi di gusto e realizzati con ingredienti di prima qualità. Perfetto per una pausa veloce o per portarsi a casa un po’ di Viterbo nel piatto. Consigliatissimo!

22/09/2025: Don't hesitate to eat at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. All the products are fresh and homemade. Go there with your eyes closed. Leave your car in the large Tarquinia parking lot at the entrance to the town.
05/09/2025: A Tarquinia restaurant not far from the National Archaeological Museum and Piazza Matteotti. In addition to a well-stocked menu of both fish and meat, it offers a fixed lunch menu for €25, with two options: one meat-based, the other fish-based. Trying the meat-based option, we were served tagliatelle with beef ragù, which was delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. For our second course, we were served roast pork loin, tender, well-cooked, and adequately trimmed of fat, almost resembling veal, accompanied by lettuce and tomatoes. All this was accompanied by a glass of wine and mineral water. Service was quick, but that doesn't really matter since there were only a few of us in the restaurant. The service from the staff was courteous and attentive, and commendable.

10/11/2025: Good food, terrible service. We went for dinner on Saturday evening, and despite there being many waiters in the room, we received our food after 25 minutes. There were four of us, and I was served last, 15 minutes after my husband and children. I waited, looking around while they ate. Furthermore, the waiters, while we were waiting, walked by us without clearing our empty plates. Service definitely needs improvement! Prices for the first courses are a bit high. Three first courses, a second course, three coffees, water, and a glass of wine totaled €81.50. Diners should be served at the same time.
09/11/2025: The food is excellent. It's a bit cold so I wouldn't rate the atmosphere.
