A delightful, small, and quaint place, a great place to eat. I had a mixed antipasto, delicious Lucchese ravioli with ragù, and a fried egg with truffle. The waiters were very kind and always smiling. Always a pleasure to dine here during Comics, highly recommended.

An intimate place full of details to observe and notice. Both the chef and the waiter are truly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. They have a dedicated menu page for their mushroom dishes, which are super delicious.

A lovely surprise in the center of my city...Lucca! The atmosphere is very quaint and welcoming, the food is excellent, with excellent ingredients (the tartare and fillet steak are exceptional, and the first courses are excellent)! I highly recommend it!

Abbiamo pranzato in quest'osteria ottima. Abbiamo ordinato dei piatti con i porcini freschi buonissimi. Personale gentilissimo. Piatti ottimj e prezzi giusti . Locale suggestivo e a pochi passo dal centro

03/11/2025: Excellent location in the center. I recommend the Florentine steak, excellent meat, and you could smell the aroma of the grill, perfectly cooked. Prices are typical of a local restaurant in the center. Friendly staff.
31/10/2025: The food was good, perhaps a tad pricey for my taste. It's the only option if you're running late in Lucca because it closes very late. Even so, their pasta is excellent.

11/10/2025: This restaurant is recommended to tourists but also frequented by locals. We were there on a Friday evening, with a reservation. The food was good, with familiar dishes but also specialties like sweet vegetable tart for dessert. There were also dishes not on the menu. Ordering was quick, and there wasn't a long wait for the food. At 1930 it was still pleasantly quiet, but by 2000 it was packed and unbearable. The rooms are large and it got loud, very loud. We were glad to be outside. Even for Italians, it was too loud. Contrary to the menu's statement that you can't split the payment, a 50/50 split wasn't a problem. (By the way, it's legally illegal to refuse; it's an individual contract.) The first restaurant in Italy where I've seen this on the menu. Large parking lot, small fee, outside the wall, a 5-minute walk. The restaurant itself is in the restricted zone.
