Klein restaurantje dat je waarschijnlijk zo voorbij loopt, dit zou een misrekening zijn. Bediening en het eten zijn top met copieuze schotels. Zeker de moeite om dit restaurant aan te doen.

We ate in this Osteria for lunch and the place is easily found when entering Lucca from Porta Elisa and going towards the centre. Very kind and quality food, we recommend the tagliolini with truffle (because with real truffle flakes). We gave the place 4 stars, only because it is a small place, but very nice and well kept.

It's my home now 😂. Super available... everything delivered. Available for special needs. Super top artichokes… and when it's mushroom season… wow! I'm with them at least once/twice a week. I LOVE it.

Muy cerca de nuestro hotel, Osteria muy tradicional con un menú limitado, pero la comida era muy buena, pero el tamaño de la porción era en el lado pequeño. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente, pero podría haber sonreído un poco más!

Now my second home 😂.. and it's as beautiful as, a restaurant that might apparently seem touristy actually has its "habituals". Excellent cuisine, flexibility in satisfying the customer and super efficient in service. When it's mushroom season... don't miss them!!! Family management

29/07/2025: Walked past this place when visiting Lucca and it looked nice. They reserved a table for us outside to eat there that same evening. The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food arrived in good time. It tasted very fresh and it was very enjoyable. I would eat here again if I go back to Lucca.

08/06/2025: Thankyou for creating a table for us when we arrived after cycling from Lucca without a reservation. We feel blessed to experience La dolce vita in your pretty restaurant. We loved the crostini pate, the bean casserole was exquisite (in English I'd describe it as a creamy bean muffin♥️) and my stuffed zucchini flowers were delicious. Grazie Mille♥️ from 2 Australians from Brisbane 🇦🇺
25/05/2025: Today we had lunch in this restaurant, what can I say, dishes with the flavor of the past, classic Tuscan appetizer, spelt soup and macaroni nettle and porcini mushrooms to die for, for the second course trout fillet and fried chicken with vegetables and to finish sgroppino. Courteous and friendly staff, we will return.
