Everything delicious. We tried Santimbocca, a typical Roman dish, which is like a breaded steak with ham, delicious. And the pasta is also very delicious. Plus, it has air conditioning!

We really enjoyed our dinner here last night. We’ve been to Rome a few times and remember the food being delicious, esp. the carbonara but was not able to find the same food on this trip. We did a lot of research to find the right restaurant for our final night in Rome, so glad we came here. Food was classic Roman food, simple Italian food done very well which is what we had been searching for since our arrival. It was perfect.
Highlights were the Oxtail Ragu with Tagliatelle and the beef steak. We also enjoyed the bruschetta as well.

Amazing experience - we were late because of our train but they managed to fit us in. The service was so lovely, and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Italy (coming from someone who has lived here in Bologna for a year this is high praise!) thank you to the whole staff, we really appreciated your hospitality, kindness, and super tasty food!! We’d highly recommend the burrata and the zucchini flowers, as well as the authentic roman pasta dishes :)

Food was a mixed bag.
Wine - excellent options and good prices.
Caprese - overpriced and low quality ingredients. Tomatoes were bland supermarket quality and mozzarella was not bufalo or low quality bufalo. Makes it overpriced for 14 euro.
Vegetable side - bag of frozen broccoli steamed and some oil drizzled on for 8 euro. Awful.
Pasta/sauce - very good.
Meat in pasta - slightly undercooked for both dishes.
Probably a US 4 but a Rome 3.

This was a true gem of a find for us. We were delightfully greeted by Silvano at the door and he looked after us so well throughout the evening. Fantastic food, great service (friendly and so personable) and lovely ambience. We are sure to return soon :) - please do try the pasta bolognese (pasta with meat sauce) when you try this place!

Un tavolo di amici. Piatti della tradizione che hanno superato le aspettative. Porzioni abbondanti. Le patate al forno super come quelle della nonna… ottimo l’ossobuco… e il sig. Silvano ci ha accompagnato in questo viaggio gastronomico consigliandoci sempre per il meglio con garbo e simpatia. Bello anche il locale, tranquillo, ottimo per conversare. Per una cena a due raccomando il soppalco… Tornerò.
