If you want to eat well in Rome at Virginia's you have to go to a typical Roman trattoria...welcoming location...pampered by the very kind Silvano and the host Bernardo...Super highly recommended!

I've been wanting to go for a while and the opportunity finally came. Located in the center, it presents a quiet and well-kept environment.
The menu presents a minimal but traditional Roman choice of dishes, where we still find everything, from appetizers to desserts.
The service is fast, the presentation of the dishes is beautiful and the dishes are really very good (I had the pappardelle with oxtail sauce and a tiramisu, excellent).
Average prices.
I recommend it for anyone who wants to eat typical Roman dishes.

The food was good, we tried the pasta and we were satisfied. On the other hand, the service was disappointing compared to the price.
The wine is expensive, I recommend the pasta dishes more than the lasagna.

The Roman artichoke was good, but not cooked according to tradition and not even Roman because they are not yet available. The ossobuco and mushrooms are good, as is the lamb, not so much the lasagna, but it can fit because it is not a Roman dish. Overall good service. Appropriate bill for venues around Piazza Navona.

We took the bruscetta tasting entry, it was a good experience. For the main course, we had the pasta carbonara which for me was not cooked enough and a little too greasy.. my companion ate the lasagna which he found quite good. To finish, we shared a tasty tiramisu.
