I have been relying on IO VINO for three years to try and taste new Italian wines and beyond. If I could, I would give it much more than 5 stars... professional, attentive and with a beautiful choice of labels for all tastes. Super!!

A beautiful reality in Albano Laziale. Niche corner of sweet and savory food excellences that travel around Italy. Meeting place for aperitifs, wine tastings (and more) of excellent labels. Musical aperitif events and tastings with dinner, all accompanied by the expertise and friendliness of Francesca and Claudio, both professional sommeliers. Claudio talks about the wines and makes them come to life, with the story in the background; Claudia follows the evenings with attention, kindness, and always with a smile. The welcome is "at home". Always very pleasant evenings.

Located near the historic center of Olevano Romano, where the Disney film on the Meredith crime was filmed in recent days, it offers a culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation. The menu is full of typical local cuisine, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Together with my friends we savored the excellent starters and meat-based main courses, which melt in your mouth. Each dish is presented with care and attention to detail, demonstrating the passion of the chef, who is also the owner, for cooking. The service provided by Giulia is impeccable: the staff is kind, helpful and well-informed about the dishes on the menu, ready to recommend wine pairings, especially the Cesanese di Olevano, which together with the PREGIO oil, produced by the local Cooperativa Olibanum, further enhance the flavors. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family party. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic dishes in a private and at the same time familiar environment!

02/01/2025: The quality of the meat is excellent! We tried different types of meat, all very good! 😋🥩 In particular, we loved the Irish bull steak and the buffalona! 😍.
