Historic place therefore it must be evaluated from this perspective very clean even if quite spartan but the food is excellent both all types of farinata but also stuffed anchovies mixed fried food and much more it is really worth waiting for your turn to sit down and really eat good at still modest prices

They treated us very kindly and there was a girl who spoke Spanish. The farinata al pesto was very good and the beers from there were also very good.

I met in this place the gentleman who makes the farinata Alessandro, a nice gentleman of medium height in his fifties who I fell in love with, a great man, unfortunately he has now changed jobs, he is in the police force I think, if he came back I would spend everything my money in porridge

Historic place of Savona.
Excellent flour with both chickpeas and wheat.
The place is not very large, in fact it is highly recommended to call and book to avoid waiting. In any case they still try to find a solution quite quickly but if you book you will be seated immediately. Possibility to take the farinata to take away, at the table they also have typical cuisine and wine, the price and quality are absolutely right.
I've been several times and the only flaw is that when there are a lot of people the service decreases a little in waiting times, but it's worth it!

Excellent place for typical farinata and beyond...typical Ligurian and Savona dishes.
The reservation is bound by the time available to share the evening.

Ancient trattoria/rotisserie with the basic dish Ligurian farinata, excellent sliced sardinaraa, fried local fish and spaghetti with seafood, also to take away (a navigator is not enough to find the mini restaurant).!!!!! !! Worth visiting

Caldo insopportabile all'interno. Farinata di grano e di ceci, farcita al pesto, molto buona, diciamo in linea con la storia del locale. Il fritto misto non è piaciuto a nessuno dei commensali. Nel complesso 3 stelle, perchè non è ammesso patire un caldo del genere.
