Abbiamo cenato in questo locale nei tipici carruggi di Chiavari. La location è molto intima e il locale, essendo una enoteca con cucina, ha esposto molte bottiglie e insomma rende l’ambiente molto suggestivo. Ci Sono pochi i tavoli, quindi la prenotazione è assolutamente consigliata. Essendo una cena aziendale di Natale, il menù era stato prestabilito: non avendo letto la carta, non conosco le varianti però la nostra cena è stata a base di pesce. Oltre all’ottima focaccia ai cereali preparata da loro, abbiamo iniziato con l’antipasto: vellutata di topinambur, gambero viola appena scottato, limone e aceto balsamico “Bonini”. Davvero ottima, delicata e gustosa. Per quanto riguarda il primo gnocchi gialli di zafferano, calamari, crema di carciofi, aglio e olio: devo dire uno prelibatezza, lo zafferano si sentiva al punto giusto e dava un tocco di classe al piatto. Il secondo si trattava del Morrone cotto a bassa temperatura su crema di broccoli e accompagnati da spinaci: davvero buono, la cottura esaltava il sapone di questo pesce; forse l’unica nota negativa era lo spinacio che essendo ripassato con l’aglio tendeva a coprire. Tengo a precisare che la mia recensione non tiene conto della scelta del menu, del prezzo e del dolce che abbiamo portato da pasticceria: nel complesso comunque sono molto soddisfatto di questa cena!

We had dinner at this place in the typical alleys of Chiavari. The location is very intimate and the place, being a wine shop with kitchen, has many bottles on display and in short makes the environment very suggestive. There are few tables, so booking is absolutely recommended. Being a company Christmas dinner, the menu had been pre-established: not having read the menu, I don't know the variations but our dinner was based on fish. In addition to the excellent cereal focaccia prepared by them, we started with the appetizer: Jerusalem artichoke cream soup, freshly seared purple prawn, lemon and “Bonini” balsamic vinegar. Really excellent, delicate and tasty. As for the first yellow saffron gnocchi, calamari, artichoke cream, garlic and oil: I must say a delicacy, the saffron was just right and gave a touch of class to the dish. The second was Morrone cooked at low temperature on broccoli cream and accompanied by spinach: really good, cooking enhanced the soap of this fish; perhaps the only negative note was the spinach which, being sautéed with garlic, tended to cover it. I would like to point out that my review does not take into account the choice of menu, the price and the dessert we brought from the pastry shop: overall however I am very satisfied with this dinner!

Come consuetudine ascolto le recensioni dei colleghi viandanti che anche stavolta non hanno tradito. Localino molto contenuto (una decina di tavoli all'interno) dove il menù è presentato con peculiarità alle ricette tradizionali. Buona lista vini. Prezzi in linea e personale garbato. Da provare. Data la dimensione ridotta del locale consiglio di prenotare

5 stars because I had lunch with dear friends who left satisfied: excellent cuisine, excellent service, excellent venue. Everything related to the place. Don't expect a "luxury restaurant with starred cuisine" but a spontaneous place, with a nice wine list to accompany tasty and well-prepared meals.

You eat well but if you arrive hungry you leave still a little hungry. I think that a normal portion now makes you dream but when you have to pay it always seems like you ate like an ox!!!! They really don't want to feed you, it seems like we're all on a diet, but they expect us to go back then, I really can't understand, I'm sorry!!!!!!
