We leave from Turin to reach Santo Stefano al mare. We don't travel all the way on the motorway but we go out to Ceva exclusively to come and have breakfast here with some amazing homemade cakes!

Conosco questo posto da anni, rappresenta sempre una sosta veloce ma sicura per gustare panini sfiziosi e originali e pure ottime torte fatte in casa, accompagnate da un calice di nebbiolo o di Ormeasco. Locale accogliente dall’arredamento rustico, gestione familiare gentile : un posto dove si torna volentieri.

Torte meravigliose, panini e bruschette enormi a prezzi molto onesti. In più, eccezionale cortesia e simpatia del personale. Consigliatissimo.

Very welcoming place with a nice mountain atmosphere, the staff is discreet and unobtrusive. The specialty is the countless homemade cakes... a true taste experience to absolutely try, as are the rich sandwiches. The cellar is rich, with very high quality wines even by the glass. The only flaw is the opening hours... it closes really too early in the evening, too bad it would have HUGE potential. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

12/02/2025: Locale carino, spazioso e accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo assaggiato lo “scuderia burger” e ci è piaciuto molto. Gli ingredienti sembrano freschi (compreso il pane) ed hanno anche un menù bimbi con diverse scelte. Consiglio per una pausa pranzo piacevole dopo lo shopping.
09/11/2024: Un lugar muy agradable con buena comida y café! También los dulces y pasteles eran deliciosos! El personal también era muy amable. en complejo tuvimos un buen tiempo!

23/01/2025: Small restaurant in the historic center of Mondovì near the funicular. The few tables are really small and not very comfortable. Fast but rather cold service. Two couples of customers were accompanied by their respective dogs, aggressive and large in size, which created a lot of havoc and moments of fear (2 such large dogs in a small place? Maybe at least a muzzle). Normal food with slightly high prices.
23/01/2025: Piccolo ristorante nel centro storico di Mondovì vicino alla funicolare. I pochi tavoli sono veramente piccoli e poco comodi. Servizio veloce ma piuttosto freddo. Due coppie di avventori erano accompagnati dai rispettivi cani, aggressivi e di grossa taglia, che hanno creato parecchio scompiglio ed attimi di paura (2 cani così grossi in un locale ristretto? Magari almeno la museruola). Cibo normale con prezzi in proporzione un po’ alti.
