The location and facilities are good. The pool area offers direct views of Stromboli and the Mediterranean Sea. The food could be improved with a chef. For example, the pasta starters should include shrimp or grouper pieces, rather than just raw fish. There were no Italian flavors. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Well, overall, the hotel has a nice concept, but the execution isn't the best. We went in May, and their 2nd restaurant by the beach was still closed. well as all the nearby restaurants were closed as well. The main restaurant they have was terrible. The buffet had only strange things (not Italian) and some salad and French fries. Their menu was very small, and everything tasted awful. The portions were small and tasteless. It also smelled awful inside the breakfast room like something decaying. The resort has a beautiful beach and a nice pool but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing that was open was walking distance, and everything close by was closed. Many restaurants there did not offer delivery. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thankfully, they have golf carts to give rides to the beach because it's a strenuous walk down and up the hills. I was pregnant, so that definitely helped me not walk. Thankfully, I spoke to reception about the food, and they removed the charges. Please i suggest and encourage the chefs to taste their own food and make better choices to improve their cooking. The pasta was very plain, not many options, just plain pasta and red sauce, no flavor. One pasta with eggplant had no eggplant. The fried fish had no flavor and was so thin. The scallopa beef smelled awful dry and tasted bad. Please hire a new chef. I expected some good quality Italian dishes and received very low quality motel food. The breakfast was a bit better, but there were more options but tiring after 2 days of the same things. Maybe try experimenting with new dishes like a breakfast quiche easy and simple to make with same ingredients but brings new dishes. The salmon and caprese dishes were the only good items on the menu. Also the fresh fruit was good. I wish this hotel luck, without improving their food they will not succeed. Thank you anyway, but for the price, it makes sense. My suggestion would be to make the room price a little higher, to pay to hire new chefs or give old kitchen staff more training and better ingredients to work with. Overall beautiful place just needs some work.

Beautiful village, excellent cleanliness, located in a beautiful area, I found myself seeing a sunset overlooking the truly beautiful Stromboli volcano. It was a truly fantastic experience and one that I would definitely do again
