There was not once, I mean once, that they kept their word and contacted us again to give us information on contacts for the DJ, menu, room furnishings, estimate, unforeseen extras, etc. And every time, I and my wife we ​​were in the situation of "they were supposed to contact us a week ago but they still haven't written or called us... what do we do? Do we call again, seeming rude, or wait a little longer?" You cannot imagine what it means to see the wedding date approaching, and not knowing with certainty how the day will unfold, which menu will be included, or what estimate we should have expected, and all because every time they told us "we will contact you next Tuesday" and the following Tuesday nothing, and so on for a week, until we took the initiative to find out more. Really tiring, so be prepared.
