Modern and functional rooms on the upper floors, except for the dark, old-fashioned, musty-smelling rooms downstairs. Excellent service and a perfect location close to the city center with public transportation. They also have private parking. A good hotel for a couple of days.

Good location for visiting Palermo by car, the best thing is the parking.

The hotel's glory days are behind it. It's definitely very affordable. The guests are mostly Italian, though there are some foreign tourists as well. The rooms need quite a bit of updating and a lot of cleaning. They are cleaned regularly by the staff, but that's also showing its age. As in my case, where I needed a hotel for bed and breakfast, it worked perfectly. However, it's a budget hotel, and that's its main advantage.

The hotel is generally good. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating, but they're perfectly adequate. The restaurant is very good, and the waiters are very friendly. There's even one who speaks French. One small drawback is that the hotel is quite noisy in the evenings and mornings.

After completing our tour of Sicily, not without difficulty, I can tell you that this hotel is really good. The air conditioning works very well, the bedding is decent, and the view is lovely (the trash cans in the surrounding area aren't their fault). And above all, the staff is friendly and respectful, but yes, that exists in Sicily, and thank you to them 🙏

We stayed for almost two weeks, and we had a great time!! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and very well-maintained! The location is close to the center!! The food was excellent, we loved it 😂 And the waiters were all super polite, Ciro was the best!!! If we pass by again, we'll definitely be back, thanks!!

Simple, not modern hotel. Basic room, just right for one person. Large, private parking, at no extra cost. Italian breakfast, but they didn't have scrambled eggs. Air conditioning worked. Good for sleeping.

A very nice hotel, with dated but quaint rooms, clean and well-maintained. The staff is professional and helpful. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. It's located in a remote area, but the city center is easily accessible by public transportation (we used both the tram and the bus).

We stayed in the last week of July. It was an excellent experience. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the restaurant service was also excellent. The food was good, and the waiters were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend it!

The room was nice, a good size, clean, and spacious. The mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, thankfully. Parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. We didn't have a table on the balcony, but upon request, one was brought within minutes. The entire staff, including the cleaning staff, was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels and plenty of toilet paper. We were offered a delicious espresso every morning. The view from our room 325 on the balcony included a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was classic continental: bread (baguette), toast, pizza, eggs, one type of semi-hard cheese, one type of sausage, butter, jam, alternating between rock-hard peaches and oranges, lots of cakes, each one sweeter than the last, four types of muesli, yogurt, and sweet croissants. The coffee and juices were reasonably good. Negative: The ventilation in the bathroom couldn't be turned off and was annoying even with the bathroom door closed. The shower head was fixed at the top, making it impossible to hold in your hand for a proper full-body shower. It was also quite high, so a short person couldn't adjust the shower head to change the direction of the water stream. Breakfast: The bread (baguette) wasn't particularly fresh, probably from the day before, and there were only small slices. There could have been a bit more variety at breakfast, like tomatoes, cucumbers, or olives. That stuff grows in abundance in Sicily and certainly doesn't cost the earth.
