The room was nice, a good size, clean, and spacious. The mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, thankfully. Parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. We didn't have a table on the balcony, but upon request, one was brought within minutes. The entire staff, including the cleaning staff, was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels and plenty of toilet paper. We were offered a delicious espresso every morning. The view from our room 325 on the balcony included a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was classic continental: bread (baguette), toast, pizza, eggs, one type of semi-hard cheese, one type of sausage, butter, jam, alternating between rock-hard peaches and oranges, lots of cakes, each one sweeter than the last, four types of muesli, yogurt, and sweet croissants. The coffee and juices were reasonably good. Negative: The ventilation in the bathroom couldn't be turned off and was annoying even with the bathroom door closed. The shower head was fixed at the top, making it impossible to hold in your hand for a proper full-body shower. It was also quite high, so a short person couldn't adjust the shower head to change the direction of the water stream. Breakfast: The bread (baguette) wasn't particularly fresh, probably from the day before, and there were only small slices. There could have been a bit more variety at breakfast, like tomatoes, cucumbers, or olives. That stuff grows in abundance in Sicily and certainly doesn't cost the earth.

Very good reception, attentive to your needs, the rooms are decent and maintained every day. Breakfast and dinner are very good (half board), with people always attentive to you. On the other hand, the surroundings are very disappointing (very dirty environment, rubbish scattered everywhere in the streets as well as on the beach)

Good clean rooms and good service, very attentive to detail, the location is good but the sea is in front but you can't see it well because of the trees and houses.

Clean rooms, a little dated, but that's the case throughout Sicily. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is decent. The hotel, however, is located in a particularly dirty part of Palermo: overflowing trash cans, even the beach is dirty, making it not at all inviting. The only advantage is the tram, a 10-minute walk away, direct to Palermo city center, and a direct bus right outside the hotel. But to get to the tram, you'll have to slalom between the trash cans. The hotel has a parking lot, which is convenient.

The hotel room was clean but the bathroom could do with an update, wasn't in a great area however it was only a 15 minute bus from the beautiful city centre and had a great view of the sea, the food was also pretty good.

The hotel remains affordable, the staff quite friendly. however, the rooms are very old and very very soundproof. No staff member asks for silence when the noise does not stop after 11 p.m. The restaurant is quite good. Breakfast, however, is always the same.

Good just for the price. The structure is very old and poorly maintained. The good thing is the price, definitely the price which is in line with the services offered
