Very very friendly hotel in Palermo near the port. We had rooms facing the sea (nice and quiet), great view, parking lot with barrier and video surveillance behind the hotel, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), wool blankets, hairdryer, shower, toilet. Everything clean. Very nice STAFF, good breakfast, we were VERY SATISFIED with EVERYTHING. Good price-performance ratio. Highly recommended.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Half board offers an adequate breakfast and an ala carte dinner. A professional chef in the kitchen. The staff is friendly and competent. For accommodation, it is good to choose the deluxe option on the side of the park and the sea (otherwise traffic noise may disturb you). Bus stop 30m (every 15min) and tram 500m (every 10min) away, so you can get to the center easily. The terrain is flat. A good hotel offers everything it promises. 10/10, Thank you.

We happened upon it one evening when there was a party and loud music going on until midnight

We were at a graduation event, we had a meat-based dinner, and my husband, as a butcher shop manager in Lombardy, liked and appreciated the dishes. I, on the other hand, have celiac disease and are lactose intolerant, and had dinner for the first time, in complete tranquility, due to the goodness and due care. Friendly and professional staff.

The room was very clean. Was facing the road so noisy and busy all the time. Waiting staff was awesome and entertaining. Food wasn't great

We stayed in the hotel for a week (November 9th - November 16th). Had a really great holiday all around. The room was really clean and cozy. We received fresh towels every day, beds were made and the room was cleaned. The service staff was always super friendly. Breakfast consisted of a good selection with something for everyone. Overall, we were really very happy with our choice of hotel and in no way understand the negative comments. The bus stop is right in front of the door, the tram is just a few minutes' walk away and you can reach the old town and/or the harbor very quickly. Pictures show the view of the sea from the garden.
