My partner and I had dinner and then stayed overnight and did the Valentine's Day spa treatment. I have to say that everything was perfect and we will definitely be back.

Let me start by saying that I always read reviews before choosing a place, and I truly hope mine can be helpful to anyone looking for a special experience. I chose Villa Minieri to celebrate Valentine's Day with my other half, opting for the dinner + overnight stay package... and what can I say? 7 out of 5 stars, at least! Simply impeccable service, the kind that is truly rare these days. The waiters were always present but never intrusive, attentive to every detail. The bread was changed every time it was running low, without even having to ask. The dishes were served with perfect timing: neither rushed one after the other, nor too far apart to interrupt the flow of the dinner. You could sense constant and discreet attention to the customer, a genuine care that made you feel truly pampered throughout the evening. The food was a complete sensory experience, not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing in every detail, starting with the entrée. The entrecote was perfectly cooked, tender, and incredibly flavorful; the langoustines were incredibly fresh and flavorful. And the dessert... something indescribable. Without exaggeration, probably the best I've ever eaten. The location is uniquely elegant and refined, just as I've always dreamed. This place allowed me to completely surprise my sweetheart, make her happy, and treat us to a relaxing and special evening just for us. The room was meticulously designed: rose petals, warm, soft lighting for a wow factor right from the entrance, and a small bottle of sparkling wine to toast together in complete intimacy. The following morning, the breakfast was impeccable and plentiful: a wide selection of sweet and savory options, juices, warm croissants always available, and a wonderful treat: fresh honey straight from the hive, to be enjoyed as soon as it drips. Everything was simply spectacular. Always available for any small request, with the sincere smile of someone who truly loves their job. If I really had to find a flaw? Our stay was too short. We'll be back as soon as possible.

We got married at Villa Minieri a year ago and have returned several times to dine at the bistro and stay in the room... what can I say... the food... the courtesy... the friendliness... the beauty and cleanliness, everything was excellent, nothing was missing. My wife and I are in love with this place which is special to us. Highly recommended!!!!

A simply wonderful experience. The spa is meticulously maintained, clean, and relaxing, perfect for unwinding from the daily grind. The atmosphere is tranquil, the spaces well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Dinner was a real pleasure: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors.

Excellent stay, truly helpful and attentive staff. Clean room with all the amenities (mini bar, tea maker, etc.), complimentary toiletries for guests. We also used the spa and had a great time! We'll definitely be back.

I was invited to a wedding held at this magnificent villa. Everything was perfect, the setting enchanting. The waiters were courteous and the organization impeccable. The food was delicious.
