New Year's Eve party for 2025. Number of attendees limited to approximately 60 to ensure adequate service (excellent selection). The seafood menu is well-structured and the dishes are beautifully prepared. The paccheri with shrimp and squid ink are superb. Excellent value for money. The venue is spacious and suitable for large events. Rooms are also available for one or more nights, making it ideal for those wishing to visit the surrounding area. We are close to Asolo and Valdobbiadene, as well as the legendary Venice (45 minutes).

An exceptional place with a truly unique atmosphere. The staff were highly professional, warm, and extremely accommodating. The spacious rooms were luxuriously furnished, perfectly equipped, and offered the highest level of comfort. The beautiful views, together with the meticulously maintained and charming surroundings, created a perfect setting for relaxation. The breakfasts were rich, varied, and of a high gastronomic standard. A truly unforgettable highlight was the magnificent, grand cellar, which added an exclusive and distinctive character to the stay. I can highly recommend this property.

An incredible place, beautifully decorated with taste. It makes a great impression from the moment you enter. The hotel's commitment to tradition is palpable, with meat cutting machines and other equipment as decorative elements, plenty of natural wood, and beautiful rooms. The tranquility and proximity to the bike path—all of these elements make me certain I'll return someday.

We were speechless: it was wonderful. We had the pleasure of having lunch at the Villa for a friend's birthday. The buffet lunch was served, with a mix of fish and meat, and everything was excellent. The bar service offered quality products and professional mixology. The location is tidy, clean, and with great attention to detail, perfect for events, meetings, and important occasions.
