Very panoramic place and very well looked after in details!

We found it on Booking.com at a great price...and we realized why as soon as we arrived: it's worth much more. In my opinion, the villa is at the level of a 5-star superior hotel, but since we don't know the reasons why it isn't classified as at least a 4-star S, this remains simply an opinion based on our experience. The room and grounds were spotless. Breakfast wasn't a huge selection of both sweet and savory options, but it was modest...albeit with high-quality products like the homemade cakes...delicious. The view was excellent, and the outdoor areas, such as the gardens and terrace, were well-maintained and welcoming. The staff was very polite, helpful, and courteous. I wanted to give the location 4 stars...but in reality, if it weren't for the location, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the fantastic view! Our compliments to the staff/family...we hope to stay here again in the future.

Siamo appena stati ad un matrimonio ed è stato tutto eccellente, all'aperitivo ai dolci finali. Gli sposi hanno fatto preparare per me un menù senza glutine (sono celiaca) , che era uguale a quello "normale", quindi, con l'aggiunta delle infinite attenzioni del personale al riguardo (anche verso mia cugina che è allergica al nichel), non mi sono sentita esclusa, né diversa (probabilmente come non mi sono mai sentita finora 🫶). Il signor Pasquale, il signor Gervasio e Filomena super disponibili e meravigliosi. Insomma, per me Villa Gervasio vuol dire "casa".
