Villa Fieschi In Lavagna

Beautiful villa in the heart of Lavagna, short distance from the station and the beach, city centre. Comfortable, impeccably clean and with excellent breakfast. The best thing though is undoubtably the staff, attentive, friendly and overall excellent. I’d recommend to anyone to enjoy the Ligurian coast and Cinque terre nearby

What a beautiful place — we had the most wonderful weekend. Everything about it is great: the rooms, the breakfast and the owners. I wouldn’t change a single thing and will be coming back every time I visit Liguria.

It's a beautiful place, beautifully decorated with taste and discretion. The welcome is warm and attentive. Ideally located; 5 minutes from the highway and a 10-minute walk from the old town center and the beaches. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The high ceilings make you feel like you're sleeping in a palace. This place is highly recommended and worth a visit. A pleasure. Thank you.

Very well located in relation to the city, very quiet and with parking. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers. We stayed there and rented a scooter, as the site highly recommends scooter rides. The breakfast was very generous. We recommend this villa and thank the owners very much for their kindness.

A wonderful August week in a charming hotel. The room on the main floor was spacious and well-ventilated. Elvire and her husband, helpful and discreet, welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and we immediately felt at home, especially my husband, who was able to brush up on his French. A stone's throw from the center, with parking and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely be back.

How evocative is this hotel? Built in the second half of the 19th century, it was the summer residence of the noble family of the same name. It later became the maternity ward of a hospital, and is now a retro-style boutique hotel. For me, it's the ideal location for an upcoming film based on an Agatha Christie mystery... the evening breeze now stirs the leaves and white flowers of the large tree behind me. I'm on the terrace of room no. 33, which overlooks the entrance garden. The sound of rustling is like music, contrasting with the surrounding stillness. Knowing that so many children were born here evokes serenity and self-love. And time stands still. P.S. Yoga is available every Sunday morning 🧘. Breakfast is delicious, in true French style, just like the new owners. Elvira's cakes are magnificent. The only flaw is the location, with that enormous adjacent building and the sports field as a view, which somewhat spoils its allure.

The Villa Fieschi is truly a dream home, beautifully located in the charming coastal town of Lavagna. The new owners are exceptionally welcoming and service-minded, clearly committed to bringing this hidden gem back to its full potential. The property is set in a quiet and peaceful area, yet just a short walk from the lively pedestrian zone filled with restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops. The beach is also conveniently close — only a 10-minute walk away — making this the perfect place to relax and enjoy the authentic Ligurian atmosphere. On a personal note, during my next stay, I would appreciate a slightly more varied breakfast selection and more affordable parking options. Nonetheless, the overall experience was wonderful, and the villa’s charm and location more than made up for these small points.

A lovely family-run hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing. There's room for improvement, especially in the rooms, but there's great potential. Above all, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home.
